Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel

The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I do not have one thing negative to say about this beautiful hotel. If I were to give a recommendation, I wish there was a vending machine or a way to purchase bottled soft drinks for overnight. We didn't realize that we checked in after the cafe had closed and had no soft drinks for our room. It really wasn't an inconvenience but had we known we could have planned ahead. Overall, it was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Everything was very clean and nice, room was really big but for the price we paid maybe a breakfast of some sort could have been included. The timer in the bathroom would kick if you shower too long, making the room all black, so shower fast!

Could not have been more pleased with our stay!! The hotel is gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed. Felt like staying in Dolly's home for the night.

Absolutely STUNNING! Every little detail was so thoughtfully done, and the entire place was gorgeous. Even the fridge, safe, hairdryer, and clothes steamer were pink! The attention to detail was incredible and made the whole experience feel so special. The bathroom was a dream! Bluetooth built right into the mirror, an amazing shower, and some of the softest, most luxurious towels I've ever used. You can tell so much thought went into every inch of this place. Truly one of the most beautiful and unique places we've stayed. Dolly would be proud! 💕

Very clean!!! Staff were amazing and quick to help!!!

In room fire monitor on wall kept flashing all nite .. they need to fix that because it was very annoying a flash of light in a dark room every 10 seconds from the fire monitoring alarm on the wall.

Awesome experience! My wife and I stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary and now plan to go back every year. Everything was perfect, in true Dolly fashion!

The property was immaculate! The Staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was a dream. Can’t wait to come back.

This whole hotel is a scam each day they took an additional $400 out of my account and you have to wait 1-3 or 3-5 business days to get it back in your account. On top of that their valet service isn’t organized because they had my ticket for someone else’s car and have to give me a new ticket. First night I got there at 2:15pm and didn’t get in my room with my luggage til 7pm due to them first forgetting to call me to tell me my room was ready and then them losing my luggage. My whole birthday trip I felt like I was in the hotel trying to get all their problems figured out and every time I would go out I would have to call them or leave to go back to the hotel to get stuff solved. My advise if you stay at this hotel please come with an additional thousand dollars just for the hotel to hold or refund you and don’t have much stuff planned or at least don’t plan stuff that isn’t close to the hotel.

Overall, best hotel experience I have ever had. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very accommodating and welcoming!! Highly recommend!!
