My experiences at Hampton are always pleasant and enjoyable. The chain will always be my first choice when traveling. The food is always good and hot and the staff are always pleasant to interact with whether it is breakfast or counter staff people. I believe Hampton Inn and Suites is a good value for the price.

I liked the staff was nice most Mexicans cleaning was very nice the lady at the front desk at night she was very nice I didn't like the fact we couldn't get the tv to working right most of stay

The staff was so helpful! So pleasant to talk with and just did everything to make us feel right at home. We arrived around 8 pm.

The bed was the most comfortable!! Thank you! The breakfast staff was rude, the sink counter looked like it was about to fall off the wall, the head board looked like someone had had too much fun and it was needing Jesus! Breakfast was not even close to being ready at 6, and when I asked if we could get some fruit, we were told there was fruit in the lobby. I simply replied that we wanted bananas and then was aloud to go into the dark, unprepared breakfast area to get 4 bananas instead of a breakfast. Price… I booked online with booking.com and paid 188.13… got to check out and the lady charged me 259. Not a good experience. Also… the hook on the bathroom wall fell off when we tried to hang a towel from it.

Perfect location right by the airport. I love the free parking. Will be staying again the next time I fly out of Nashville.

We chose to stay at this hotel specifically for the extended parking and airport shuttle. Upon arrival we were put on the list for our shuttle. We arrived at our shuttle on time only to be told the hotel overbooked and we weren’t going to be able to get on. Because we found out this information last minute, we had to drive ourselves to the airport and park onsite costing us nearly $75 more than we intended to spend. No one at the hotel seemed to care.

The check in staff member was very friendly. The hotel / room was clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to the airport for our return flight hime.

Disappointing

Room Clean and comfortable - especially great bed👍 Minimal information given at check in - everything is now on QR codes or via the TV screen . I was very disappointed that there was no free WiFi in floor 7- I called the reception and was told to use Hilton Honors - no option came up in any of my devices …. Fundamental these days? Breakfast was self service buffet - reasonable choice including hot food. The internet was working in reception … just not on floor 7. Shuttle service to airport was very good and it is not far.

This wasn't my favorite Hampton Inn. The shower hand held dripped, the AC was old style, the door clunked, carpet was worn/ dingy, my window view was a gas station, and the staff interactions were flat and basic. The highlights: a good daily breakfast and the complimentary airport shuttle were worth putting up with the rest.

We love Hampton Inn's but this particular Hampton could use some upgrades and cleaning. The chairs in the dining room were all stained and dirty. The Live TV option would not work so we called the front desk. They finally came up 45 minutes later but in the meantime we were able to unplug the TV and accessories and get it working ourselves. The next morning at breakfast all of the coffee containers were empty except for the decaf. If I were back in the Nashville area I would pick a different Hampton to stay at.

The staff was great, especially the shuttle driver.
