Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent, conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and the mall, making it easy to shop and find places to eat. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful rooms, great breakfast, great atmosphere.

Buffet was tasty and well maintained, lobby was decorated well and inviting.

Just a GREAT place for a short overnight….clean rooms,beds comfy….STAFF on top!

Overall, a nice stay. It was a bit off putting having maintenance cleaning the lobby during breakfast hours. Vacuum running and seeping the floors. Also, the coffee bar outside of the breakfast area was consistently running low on coffee

Wes was very helpful and responsive to my comments. Our room on the 4th floor was very good. The staff at the front desk was very attentive.

I cut my arm on a towel rack on the bathroom door that was not initially visible

I am a Hilton Honors member for the past 30 years., I am a diabetic and use water to flush sugar out of my system. The older man at the desk refused to give my wife and me 2 bottles of water. He said you have an Expedia rate so you can’t have any. He was spiteful and gave us room 117 where the fan was broken for the A/C. He also knew we we were staying there 4 days later. This older man needs training or Firing.

We did not use any amenities but we did like the hot breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and plenty of other choices. The room was clean and modern and best of all - FREE parking and not too far from downtown. Worth the short drive to get out of town.

Exceptional

I traveled alone so I appreciated how the facility and surrounding area are so safe! Everything was clean and in working order. Also there is a lot of shopping, restaurants, and cute boutiques nearby. The parking was a little challenging if you stayed out late. Only a few spots were open and they were narrow.
