Printing House Hotel Nashville Downtown, Tapestry by Hilton

Room had an unfinished ceiling and two of the lights were broken, no control or unable to use. Location is excellent for walking access to Nashville sites annd avoids the noise of Broadway st. Shampoo dispenser did not work. Annoying yet minor inconveniences that keep hotel from being excellent. Just the lack of attention to detail in the rooms.

Staff and valet service was great We could hear our neighbors. The ceiling was cracked. No bottled water for the Keurig and we had to move it to reach an outlet. TV was parallel to the bed. Could not figure out how to turn on the floor lamp. Not worth the expense.

The way it looked from outside I was highly disappointed on how the rooms looked when i got there in person there was a lot of water spots all over the floor and the ceiling looked like it was under construction

Location was great I had no idea that you had to request that they made up your bed! The maid still hadn’t done at 4.30 each day & arrived as we got back each day, which wasn’t great. Very strange array of towel sizes, no complimentary water in the room, no wardrobe.

I really do like this place. It's clean, dependable, convenient location, and consistent with the good service I always get. I go to Nashville several times a year and always stay here. But, mostly, it's the people that work here. From the front desk, to the coffee/bar manager, w/his accommodating,kind staff, in the cafe and bartender Eddie, and the amazing cleaning staff who ALL do a fantastic job. Thank you folks and I will see you again soon.

Everything was made easy. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, bar was good location was great. Met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Like the vine, the 5th floor lobby was a new look. I didn’t like that the keycards took a great deal of effort to activate the elevators, the water in the shower was very unevenly heated and cooled, and there was an exposed electrical receptacle in the room, you might consider putting a cover plate on that.

Room was clean and gorgeous, updated. Staff was super friendly and inviting!

The common areas of the hotel were very clean and well laid out and I appreciated the helpful, friendly staff (everyone from the valet to the receptionist and bar staff were great without exception). The location was particularly good as it was an easy walk to the music venues on Broadway but far enough away that we weren't disturbed by the noise and crowds. My only complaint was the lack of maid service for our room. It was only cleaned once during our four night stay and that was after I requested it. I didn't need fresh towels every day but it meant that the coffee pods and bottled water were not replaced so we had to go to the cafe to buy coffees in the morning. It may not seem that big of a deal but I appreciate having coffee first thing and the lines at the cafe in the mornings can be long. If daily maid service is not provided then it would be helpful to know where to go to get the amenities replenished.

Beautiful hotel minutes from everything. Comfortable, clean and a friendly staff. 24/7 gym and great rooftop area I didn't dislike anything. I would suggest they improve their food and drink selection, especially with a rooftop bar.

We loved everything about this property. I would not recommend staying anywhere else in Nashville. It is far enough back from downtown to avoid all the noise and feel safe but only a few blocks to walk to get to the action. It’s great for families. The staff alone are the gold to this hotel. They are wonderfully trained and even more so looked after by Management, which we could see on a daily basis while we were there they had a thank you lunch for the staff in the lobby area and it was so lovely to witness that. The bar area and the outdoor area are so welcoming and such a great place to hang out. The games in the lobby were great for my husband and daughter to play. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and modern everything about this hotel is amazing and I cannot forget to mention the amazing smell. I’m not sure what that was but every time we enter the lobby it just smelled like home fresh linen. The only thing missing from this hotel was a pool that we can do without that. Nothing at all, I’ve even recommended all my friends to say they on their future trips to Nashville.

The room was very clean, air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and kind. Could have had more amenities with the price. Overall great stay.
