SpringHill Suites by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/ West End

Great breakfast every day and the friendly staff. We would stay here again. The charge for parking, we ended up canceling our car due to the nightly charge to park here.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Every time we walked by we were greeted with a hello or welcome back. This might sound like a lot but it’s the little things like this that makes a stay feel more like home. Little confusing how to get from parking garage to hotel room.

Good hot food House keep every day

Our stay couldn't have gone better. The friendly, helpful staff made our trip more enjoyable. We were too busy with excursions to use the amenities, but they looked great.

We were traveling for my doctor, the location was good and relatively central for being on the outskirts of downtown. It was clean, offered breakfast for free, and was comfortable to the level I was expecting for a SpringHill Suites. I would stay again

Free breakfast was good. Room design outdated n dark. Sofa did not look clean, but rest of the room/bathroom were ok. Staff was very friendly.

when my wife took shower first time, the shampoo holder fell off from the wall and hurt my wife's back. I talked with the hotel manager and basically the hotel doing nothing.

The pool is very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was good. Our room as not good. There was a leak in the shower that left the carpet wet. There was a ring on the floor so it was not a new leak. Our TV did not work. The repair guy could not fix it, so for 2 days we could not use it. The room was not clean. The whole place needs remodeling fast. I have pictures if they are needed.

Exceptional

The room was clean, but the carpet was dated and stained . The layout of the room was odd and not comfortable. The coffee and breakfast was lukewarm. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful.

Location Trash on the floor in the hallway. TV didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable

I liked the location of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Walking into the room it smelled of urine pretty heavily. Curtains had burn marks by the window. Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but that’s just hotel food.

The room was humid and muggy but overall great place to stay.

When we arrived, we were informed the water would be shut off from 11pm to 6am because of a water main break. I understand these things happen, but the only thing we were offered was a bottle of water to brush our teeth with.
