Everything, staff were professional and very helpful. Nothing, had a good experience.

Great location. It’s been raining restaurants and shopping nicely appointed rooms. This hotel has a small area where guests can pull-in temporary and unload their vehicle. As this area is not monitored by the staff, and there is no signage - uncaring folks leave their vehicles there for hours. Others arriving guests must go blocks away or to the parking garage and hoof it with their luggage.

Our stay at the AC Hotel National Harbor was absolutely excellent! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was clean, smelled amazing, and had a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was conveniently located nearby, which made getting around so easy. They also accommodated our request for connecting rooms, which was a huge plus for our group. Overall, a wonderful five-star experience—we would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The beginning of my stay started off amazing. However, when they gave me towels one of them had blood on it. I requested new sheets be put on my bed and the woman handed me the sheets then walked away when asked if she would make the bed up. It’s important to note that This was my bachelorette weekend so i had some family in town and we were all slated to stay at this hotel that I’ve heard nothing but great things about in the past. My cousin that was staying in my room got called into work unexpectedly, she’s a doctor, so i gave her my key so she can get her stuff. When she left she gave my key to the front desk clerk and they stated they would write my name on the card and have it there when i came back. Upon my return, my card had already been thrown into the pile of checkout keys. To make matters worse, the woman at the front was extremely rude about replacing my card and made a statement about how she didn’t see why my cousin had my key to begin with when it was my room. Because she was my guest! Another issue was that i was refused parking validation. I was told “park at your own discretion” yet my family was given validation for both days of their stay. This weekend was meant to usher in an amazing start to my wedding week and instead it’s left a sour taste in my mouth.

To Whom It May Concern, Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff members who welcomed me at check-in. They were friendly, helpful, and clearly explained the breakfast and happy-hour times. I also had family and friends staying in an additional room, and everyone had a wonderful time. My main concern was the noise complaint during the early morning hours. I understand that the hotel has policies regarding noise, and I wanted to be respectful of those policies. However, having a police officer come directly to the door without first receiving a call or notification from the front desk was unsettling. There were several guests in the suite, but we were not intentionally being disruptive, and I was away from the room for much of the evening. After the warning, everyone became extremely quiet because we were concerned about being asked to leave. A simple courtesy call from the front desk would have felt more appropriate and would have given us an opportunity to address the concern immediately. On a positive note, Ms. Kenya was very helpful this morning regarding my missing blanket. She explained that it may have been mistaken for a hotel blanket and sent for cleaning. I appreciate her assistance and hope I can retrieve it once it is located. I would rate my overall stay a 5.5/10, primarily because of the way the noise situation was handled. The room, view, and initial service were wonderful, and I am grateful that my family and friends were able to travel by plane

Exceptional

We love this particular AC hotel. Always clean and on a great location. This particular trip I booked a king room and we were given a room with 2 queens without being asked if we were okay with it. When we went back downstairs to ask about getting a king room (showed our reservation details) they advised they were out of king rooms. When I asked if I was being charged the same price they said yes and did not comp anything. Disappointed.

We had an issue with the blinds no working, we had to switch rooms. Had trouble with the key card. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Very good

AC Hotel National Harbor is always cleaned and the air is so fresh all the time. Amazing stay. There are no microwaves in the room which is not a bad thing to me. I look at this as a preventive measure to keep down on roaches and rodents. They do have one main microwave near the concierge desk.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. It was very clean and check in was easy. The location was also perfect.

Very clean and smelled so good

We celebrated our birthday weekend at the AC Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! ❤️🎉 Our king room had a beautiful river view, and the hotel was comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a special getaway. We also loved having excellent restaurants nearby, which made dining and exploring the area so convenient. Most importantly, my husband and I were together, enjoying quality time and creating wonderful memories. The AC Hotel provided the perfect setting for our celebration, and we would happily stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
