Be careful when flushing toilet it splashes when flushing.

Exceptional service, amenities are top-notch. Told them it was the husband’s birthday we were given a free bottle of champagne, the pool was warm, and the games were amazing. Won’t hesitate to come back if I have another opportunity

I like there restaurants inside if you don’t want to go out of the hotel the local social bar excellent for drinks watching sports games and playing games like Boccee ball

I didnt like that they dont have microwaves in the rooms. So not reheating of food.

The property was easy to access, very clean and is a wonderful place to stay. Parking is close and convenient, but expensive. Staff was courteous and friendly. The shining star is the housekeeping staff who were very helpful and especially kind!

Splendid resort, grounds, and amenities! Splendid resort, grounds, and amenities! The Gaylord is an absolutely beautiful resort that does well to intermingle natural, garden, and waterscapes, with modern architecture and technology! There is a place and space for everything, everyone, and every event of all sizes. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are absolutely amazing and their amenities are par none. Not to mention, they are located at the National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland amidst a variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment and boutiques. Lastly, the view is breathtaking! Planning a return stay really soon.

Great place to stay at National Harbor. Convenient having restaurants on site and other places within walking distance. The view of the waterfront was beautiful. The staff were exceptional.

Stayed for a conference. Room was great, bed comfortable, food at the lounge was delicious- as was the sunset over the water. The conference center was also great as was the food there.

I always enjoy my stay here. Beautiful hotel in the heart of the harbor.
