Lovely staff and nice enough hotel Room bit tired and dull. Breakfast very very basic. Area bit dodgy.

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others. I'd absolutely book here again.

The location was perfect

The TV remote didn’t work and the shower diverter didn’t fully allow all the water to go to the shower head.

Overall it was fine. The hotel was clean but smelled like old smoke and our a/c had so much black mold in it that my daughter was sick from it. The a/c was down for a lot of our stay which was miserable and made the room even more wet. The breakfast was good. Valet is required and can be very slow.

The hotel needs a refresh. A ventilation issue that caused it to smell. Based on the price the quality was below Bonvoy standards. TV did not work. Sink needed repaired or replace. Staff was great thus it got stars.

All workers were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Superb

Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a double king-size bedroom. Oh my! The mattresses are divine! The location was in the heart of the French Quarter, and within walking distance of many attractions. My mom and I were supposed to eat breakfast outside the hotel, but the hotel offered such a wide variety of food options that we ate breakfast there! There were also plenty of options to create your own trail mix! I enjoyed everything about the property,

excellent location, lovely staff, clean and nice rooms. cleaning services came every day and left the room spotless. breakfast being included was a lovely bonus as well.

When we arrived at Fairfield we were told the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to their sister hotel LePavillion. My ratings of our stay are based on that. The staff at Fairfield were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive of providing us with a pleasurable experience.

Great Stay overall. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I do recommend and I will definitely come again if and whenever I am in New Orleans.
