Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown (French Qtr Area)

Good clean rooms. Should change towels and clean rooms e every day or on special request instead of alternate days as changing of towels, cleaning the bathroom and making the bed is essential

The staff were very helpful with bag storage and check in. Hotel is close to Superdome and French Quarter. Valet parking was quick and pleasant. I’ll stay there again.

Great place to stay

Location was good for French quarter, casino, and garden district.

When we arrived the receptionist was disinterested and appeared to lack any teeth which was disconcerting to say the least. Our room was dark and faced a brick wall. I asked to change the room and a more helpful receptionist allocated a different room to us.

We liked the location and the hotel. Price was reasonable. Front desk staff was top notch. Breakfast was good. Many items were restocked very slowly. The young girl working was more interested in sitting in the corner looking at her phone than restocking unless you asked. Many items were empty/forks, eggs, napkins. We had 4 breakfasts. Otherwise the hotel was very good.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond each time. The hotel and room is very clean and it is in a great location. Not in a loud bar area, but not a far walk from anything you could possibly want to walk and see in the city. 10/10 recommend.

Great place to stay. Just off Canal and across from Bourbon St. Everything is within walking distance including the WW2 museum if you're into tat kind of thing. The staff was great, especially Kimberly, She is an absolute doll. Never have I stayed anywhere where my name was remembered. She was helpful at every request and was a blast to talk to to. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only reason for the 4 stars is I was a little disappointed in the bathroom size and set up. But other than that great facility and awesome staff.

Location was great Hall had a smell

Went for a concert at the Caesars superdome, loved that is was walking distance and very easy to go in and out, the facilities are clean and nice, the staff was very helpful on what we needed and the breakfast buffet was the cherry in top..

The room was bigger than I expected. It was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there. The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was very helpful and polite The area around the hotel had trash, and people were always hanging out around the entrance

I did not stay, as my husband has died. I tried to cancel through the phone I was given, but it's just rings for hours in nowhere. Expedia, has sent me an email, that they would not cancel and I must talk to the hotel directly. I was not able to reach anyone by that number. Awful. I know, I did not purchase cancelation insurance, but we weren't planning to cancel. We work hard, and we were looking for this vacation. I can't get through anyone. Just awful. Yet, they sending me all this letters about contactless check in...

Valet parking was hard to get to, blocking the street. The mattress in the rooms needs to be replaced. Bathtub and floor needs to be cleaned &m opped. Everything else was good
