The hotel decor was eclectic and gorgeous. The complimentary extras like coffee delivered to the room every morning, the evening wine and charcuterie and freshly baked cookies, and bed turn downs were lovely touches. And the entire staff, were all very nice and helpful, especially Angelo. Everyone made our stay very special. Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

Such a cute place and clean and hospitable. Tea/coffee service was on time. Speak easy was adorable and even better service. Food was amazing. Rare. But not a thing. I will stay again

All staff was exceptional. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Great amenities such as social hour with wine and snacks and fresh baked evening cookies.

This is the 4th time I have been fortunate enough to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. A unique and elegant look in one of the more quiet areas of New Orleans while still in walking distance to the French quarter. Every visit has felt like a luxurious treat. We will definitely return.

I Liked the property but got a charge to my CC a few days later for 1200 though i only had 500$ worth of room service ordered. left a sour taste in my mouth.

luxurious, artistic, and beyond hospitable! the building was nearly silent even during the day. i appreciated the tea/coffee delivery each morning and the decadent little treat delivered to my door. highly recommend in every way!

This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water from the bathroom faucet. We didn’t find the front desk staff to be very helpful. This was surprising given the cost of the hotel.
