Comfort Inn JFK Airport

Sheets were dirty, shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, front desk staff were rude and forgot to book my shuttle, thankfully there was still space the next morning. Bar staff and shuttle bus driver were great though

Great inn to stay. Just a bit of tip, book stay early in advance, its a time saver.

The room was neat and clean. The front desk, breakfast personal, and the shuttle driver were all very nice. I only have 2 concerns. 1) The shuttle van needs work. a couple of seatbelts were broken. 2). While we didn't interact with her, on Tuesday at 7:45AM, there was a young lady employee, discussing with a male coworker about some one else. She was dropping F bombs right in front of us. She glanced our way a few times as we waited for the elevator, but kept right on using her F bombs, The odd thing to us.....they were standing right outside a room, in the hall, why not go in there and close the door. other than that the place was very nice.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and the amenities were on point. The only concern I had was when stepping into the shower the floor was very slippery. Great location close to airport.

Your rooms are not soundproofed. I could hear everything going on in the hall way and the next room. Your check in girls were rude and asked the same questions more than once. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Everything was beautiful

This is a very basic hotel. Cleaner than most hotels of this type, breakfast buffet is very basic. Across the street from a garbage truck depot. Shuttle to the airport is only once per hour - too infrequent, in my view, for an airport hotel - especially during high airline traffic times. No issues checking in or out.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good! Hallway smelled musty.

The room was clean enough. The staff were helpful when you asked them a question. Not overly friendly and not overly helpful, simply average. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Worn out hotel, shower drain partially plugged, windows provided no sound deadening.

Great stay

There is no parking here. There was no mention of this on Hotels.com. So either the website of Hotels.com needs to update the status. I would not have booked a room here had I known they did not provide parking. Having to park my vehicle 4 blocks away is not what I expected after a full day of traveling. The staff are nice, the room was great. The parking situation is what made this stay terrible.

Everything was convenient. Easy to reach hotel from airport. Clean, helpful staff and good breakfast.

Clean room, breakfast, ok snacks in restaurant. Nothing around and unsafe neighbors so could not go out. In town overnight before a flight.
