Courtyard by Marriott New York Queens/Fresh Meadows

It was a really nice stay, clean environment. Rooms are well kept.

The beddings and Mattress could have been better. I reserved a room with a king size bed. This room was situated facing a highway LIE so all night we heard the traffic. Concierge in the evening was not friendly. However, concierge in the morning was very nice.

The property did it’s purpose the only thing I feel is we get access to throw our garbage easier and not so much have our room service but have our garbage picked up

I enjoyed the valet parking

The staff was very attentive and brought extra towels to our room immediately. Not to mention the highest level of professionalism.

Good and comfortable stay

We booked weeks ago and because they said they were full, we got sent to their sister hotel Fairfield Inn within the same complex. Accommodations were fine, but very disappointed that Marriott did not honor our booking.

The staff were very pleasant, rooms were clean. Coffee shop was clean and the server was very professional. People dozing in the business center - or was it a lounge?

big room and bathroom. Much better hotel than the others in the area.

It was a fairly nice hotel. It’s nothing fancy. I really do appreciate the front desk staff for being kind and patient. While there they dealt with some rude guest and the front desk kept their cool the whole time. That was nice to see!

Outstanding all around!~

It's safe, the convenience of breakfast and hot cocoa at night. The snacks that are available to purchase The pool smell. Extremely bad chlorine smell, couldn't enjoy with the grandkids and the lack of supervision of minor children running soak and wet thru the lobby and front desk says nothing. My poor grand daughter slipped on the puddle

Friendly, competent staff. Room was clean and everything went as expected.

The beds were comfortable and the lounge was useful when our flight arrived before check in time. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The price for one night was nearly $400, which is way too much for such a small room. Nothing super fancy about the room for that price. Breakfast was not free.

Room was cleaned staff excellent, valet parking awesome, didn't have time for breakfast. However, the AC in my room was too noisy throughout.

Location. And the team No complaints

Overall, good place to stay.
