The room was very good and comfortable They did not clean the room, I had to complain , very weird.

This location couldn't properly organize housekeeping to clean my room every day as I told them that I wanted. Brutal.

The only complaint was that Wi-Fi wasn't available.

The hotel itself was fine. We paid $222.67 almost a year in advance for this room to Booking com. We checked out on August 11 and everything was fine. On August 12 the hotel charged an additional $79 on our credit card. We called the hotel and they said that when they tried to charge Booking.com's card, it would only allow them to take everything except the last $79, so they charged us for that and we would have to take it up with Booking.com. I made a complaint on Booking.com, but no response. I don't appreciate this because the Fairfield Inn was part of a month-long trip that cost us over $20,000 for hotels, flights, and cars. Would not use either Booking.com or the Fairfield Inn again. Very disappointing.

Location Guess has to request the room to be cleaned, bed to be made, towels to be replaced. Valet parking was charged for entire stay when it was only used the 2st day.

The desk agent at check-in was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable but its location on a very busy street resulted in traffic noise through the night. The complimentary breakfast was above average for free breakfasts.

Amazing front desk staff. Some of the rooms are in a basement, so important to request a room on a higher floor.

I selected this hotel after looking around and I’m glad I did. The Hotel was clean. The staff were nice . The valet Manager was great guy and took good care of our vehicle. Overall I was very pleased. Thank You

Clean Booking said it was 6.6 miles from airport but it was more like 14. Booking also said it held 5 people. I showed up and there were two double beds for us and I slept on the floor. Not cot or couch or anything. Hotel was fine. Booking.com screwed this up.

Great hotel

This hotel was great for this past weekend. It was close to a lot of shops and where you can find food. The staff were friendly and their breakfast was not bad!

Great stay

Close by to local stores. Bus stop not far away Limited breakfast options. Bagels were served everyday, no toast available. Bedrooms were smaller than last time even though I booked the king sized room. Coffee maker in the room, would rather this was a kettle - then gives you the option of having both tea and coffee
