Fine for a quick trip

Breakfast is very poor, parking is very expensive. Room is small but clean.

I like everything, except I did not expect that everything would self service on line: check-in, check-out, request for needed items, etc. I quickly adapted. What I found unacceptable is the fact that they had bar of soap instead of liquid soap. In this day of recurrent infections of several kinds, they need to have liquid soap. I've been to several hotels, including overseas, nobody uses soap bars anymore, specially after covid killed millions of people - having liquid soap is one way to minimize the spread of infections.

A bright, well-run hotel with much to recommend it! Spotless room was NYC small but efficiently designed, comfortable, and quiet (9th floor room). Location is extremely convenient to train into Manhattan. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking on site.

The room was really clean, the amenities were nice and look new, the staff was friendly and really helpful I ask for the possibility to change the room because of the noice and my sleep problems and the gentleman in the front desk was really helpful. The train station is one block from the hotel very convenient, that’s good but if you want to stay late in Manhattan check really well the alerts because after dark they change a lot the times and trains.

The staff was nice and it had a good location to walk to Yankee Stadium . The Breakfast di not have good variety for what they where charging you for room. The room were clean but very small

Disappointing

The room is decent, and the hotel is particularly clean from inside. There is a free water tap to fill water for guests. Basic amenities are present inside the hotel, and there are toilitiers in inside the room. Perfect if you plan to stay out exploring NYC but not if you end up staying within the hotel. The breakfast included in the stay is not upto mark, and sometimes felt like a joke. It was the most basic, some days not even boiled eggs, and just bread and butter. The ingredients felt very cheap and of low quality. Don't include breakfast if you don't plan to make it decent at least. The hotel neighbourhood might not feel safe, only book if you don't plan to go out in the hotel neighbourhood in the evening or morning.

The Hotel in itself was ok. The staff was very kind. The rooms are very small. Continental breakfest was not a continental.....very poor. at the bar each day was too noisy "party" dirty streets Outsite

The staff was great, the place was clean, the breakfast was very good (although you should come in early), and the location with regards to the metro station is fantastic.

Very good

Staff was magnificent Bathroom door seal was falling off and leaning against the wall. Room was entirely too small. The only sink was in the foyer walkway of the room, and you ended up walking out of the bathroom to wash your hands near the coffee machine and any food or snacks you had with you.

The staff were friendly but I was highly disappointed with the room itself. The water in the toilet was murky no matter what and you're unable to control the room temperature yourself. Highly disappointed and not worth the price.
