Excellent clean property and staff!

Clean room and very hospitable staff

Very clean, very comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Very nice coffee/sandwich counter downstairs with great breakfast options. Awesome extras (beach bag, cooler, beach chairs, bicycles) and rooftop relaxing spaces with fireplaces, comfortable couches and chairs, mood lighting, digital music, and a tv for you to log onto your streaming service. Water view wasn't much, and on-property parking is a pricey. Some street parking is free, some is hourly; look for the white painted corner marks-- those spots require payment between 8am and 6pm.

Location . Parking. Nice rooms. Very clean. We were in the second floor. We heard everything our neighbors said or did. Not sound proofed sharing walls.

Exceptional

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Cafe in the lobby has a great selection of coffee, smoothies, and food items. Access to beach amenities like a bag, chairs and umbrella was amazing. And roof top seating with views was added bonus

The hotel was adorable, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nothing!

The location and cleanliness. The electricity was out for over 6 hours and we had to get another hotel last minute. The front desk woman and bell hop were very nice. The manager left them unequipped to handle the situation and wouldn’t answer when front desk woman tried to call even though, the manager was aware of power outage. They did not have flashlights or portable fans to help with safety. We ended up getting a refund and had to scramble to find another hotel. We were only offered a free breakfast from manager who finally called front office woman back.

We came from San Diego for a quick getaway and were so pleased with the staff/location/and overall experience at Bay Shores! We will be back again!

Clean, friendly, close walk to everything

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Shore. Greta staff and accommodations. Close to Newport pier and Beach. They had beach cruisers and beach gear you can use. The balcony on top was nice to enjoy the views. The room was big and quiet. We will definitely be stay here again.

Super service, super cute hôtel, super view ! five star !!

Very good

Room with “partial ocean view” as marketed does not see any ocean at all. Parking on weekends at the hotel is turned into valet and they give all the spots to people not staying there at night. Cleanliness great. Towels and bathroom great. Central location between the beach and marina. At night streets and bars dominated by 20 year olds.

This hotel is such a great spot.

The staff (especially the valets) were exceptional

Enjoyed our stay. I would rate the staff that were there a five but not always present. Similarly about the amenities. There weren’t many. Location was very good and the limited staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered early check in without being asked which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.
