Newport News Inn

Literally leaving. The bugs everywhere. The loud and obnoxious noise from the toilet when you flush it. The cigarette holes in the blanket. The beds were uncomfortable. Although the mattress and boxspring were in protectors there were still specks and stains on the linen. It was just all bad and the fact it was non-refundable so me and my children were stuck.

Good

Quiet Too old fashioned

Very good

Just the area was pretty decent . Also the cable. I feel like refrigerator coulda been clean ad the microwave as welll . The bed covers need too be replaced theres holes in the blankets but bed is comfortable

Front desk is very rude smh

Bad

Bad customer service The blankets had cigarette holes burns in them. They felt dingy like they had never been changed. The sheets were clean, though the pillows were flat. The beds were bowed hurt my back, and the customer service is very, very, very poor.

The stay was decent the room was clean

Passable

Well, the tv didn’t work at all. With 3 kids that’s a big no for me. Also, the bedspread on both beds had big holes in them. The microwave barely worked and the fridge was dirty. The only good thing was that the ac worked very well.

Last min booking No pool not too clean

Nice staff. Clean. No coffee maker in room. Rickety ironing board.

everything was reliable and resourceful

Nice and small. There aren't of hotels rooms and people outside. I enjoyed my stay. Peaceful and quiet.

Room looked old diet was everywhere
