nothing went well the place was unsanitary, had to checkout early

There was mold on the walls and bed sheets had stains , my door handle also wasn’t working and struggled to get inside

Disgusting and dirty. On check in the man beind the counter was abrupt and rude. Got to our room, bathroom had paint peeling off the wall. Dirty floors, toilet and bath/shower. Curtains hanging off hooks. We're booked in 2 nights. They didn't refresh the room If we could pf walked out and gone somewhere else we would have. It is cheap for a reason!

Room smelled musty, gnats, blood? On bathroom wall by toilet paper holder.

Black mold in the grout lines in the shower/tub. No electric outlets that worked by the headboard to plug my CPAP machine in. The carpet felt slimy and sticky. The drain in the bathroom sink didn’t work correctly. Parking is limited and hard get into. Office personnel couldn’t talk or understand English upon checking out.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. And for $135 for a night that was just unacceptable. I expect more out of then putting some rat trap on their website just so they make money.

Terrible room. Dirty carpet. A bad odor was coming from the room all the time. You can hear random noises. Poor amenities and they won’t even provide you toothpaste. Disgusting experience. Wish I could get my money back!

Only one thing I liked is that it is walkable from Niagara state park and some restaurants are near by for food. Price compared to other place is reasonable good and parking is there too. But Rooms and bathroom was not clean and bed was making sound and towels were also of not good quality. If fully refund option were there I would have moved to another hotel. I had to stay there for 2 nights.

Staff seemed nice Bathroom had tons of mold and mildew. Bathroom door didnt shut, soft floor boards. Very little parking. Overpriced

The bed was comfortable. Beyond that, the room was very old and dirty; nothing like the photos. While the location was walkable to the falls - as I saw on the map - it was in a very questionable neighborhood. The outlets were scary (a charging cord would not stay plugged in they were so loose) and the bathroom/floors was filthy; the towels were questionable. The only thing clean was the bed - thank goodness. The window opened but had no screen. Strange people lived there and made a lot of noise. Booking.com should remove this property from its listings. Proper cleaning, clean towels and working outlets would be a start. The only light in the room was a super bright overhead light - no lamps as on nightstand to read. But nothing they can do about the rough neighborhood and weird people in occupancy.

The room needed the furniture moved to vacuum the whole room. My eyeglasses fell behind the nightstand, and when I pulled the nightstand out to look for them, it was filthy, with someone's man’s underwear covered in dust. I showed it to the staff. The bathroom wasn't that clean ( toilet bowl, shower walls and tub, floor). The staff was very polite and respectful.

Great stay for the price! I recommend it for budget travellers.
