Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and it's the worst buffet breakfast we've ever had. The boiled eggs were as tough as leather and cold as ice. Obviously, frozen and thawed before serving. The AC in the room was too loud, we had to turn it off before bed time because it was just too annoyingly loud.

It was close to the falls

Absolutely the worse hotel I've ever stayed. Dirty and it was full of rowdy children. Security could not control the children. I reported it numerous times. Running in hallway, hitting walls and trying to destroy the ice machine. I asked to be moved and was told they were on every floor. Very disappointing stay. Breakfast was horrible. Staff was unconcerned and the hotel was nasty. Stains on the floors and smelled bad.

It was close to the falls. Walking distance to some restaurants. Nothing really wrong just need a bit of TLC

The room was clean and had a decent view. The living room spa tub is one of the great features of the room. The room has fridge, microwave and other amenities. The hotel is walkable distance to Niagara Falls so you can save a lot of money on parking. I would highly recommend taking balloon ride which is right across the street of the hotel as the hotel provides discount. The room did not have moisturizer and other amenities and the bathroom door never shut - some issue was there. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from another room. The property had water leakage issue at the entrance of the hotel and also at the Lower level where you park car. Perhaps some maintenance was going on. The room service is only done when you are staying for four or more days.

Sitting area for breakfast looks good and is walkable distance to Niagara falls Our sink was getting clogged and when we called them, they did send a maintenance guy who actually couldnot do anything. Following morning when three of us had to get ready, this water clogging issue really caused trouble. We called again to the reception and they never sent anyone to fix it.

Great location! Closed to the fall and restaurants. Room size is good. Free washing machine and dryer to use. Breakfast is average. The property is pretty old. The air conditioner is bit loud. Room needs refurbishing.

It was not even how it looked on the website! It was run down and ceiling had a big hole in it with exposed wood on the windows.

The location is perfect if you are planning on walking across the Rainbow bridge to Canada. It’s starting to feel old, it needs a refresh done on it.

The staff helped out at the front desk. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was ok.

The building is an older building not in terrible condition but needs cosmetic work. The room was neat but musty smell. Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located to the New York Niagara falls attractions.
