Location I do not believe i should pay for parking when I stay at any hotel..

Fire alarm went off throughout the night,even evacuation took place.It was malfunctioning.Destroyed our staying

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. After a long and exhausting drive, my family and I arrived hoping to get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, what should have been a peaceful night’s sleep turned into an absolute nightmare. The fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night, repeatedly waking us up and making it nearly impossible to sleep. These constant disturbances were extremely frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. My family and I were already exhausted from traveling, and we ended up getting practically no rest the entire night. To make matters worse, when we approached the female front desk representative to express our concerns, she simply told us to contact Hotels.com to request a full refund. No meaningful assistance, apology, or resolution was offered. Regardless of where the reservation was made, the hotel is responsible for providing guests with a comfortable and peaceful environment. A full refund is absolutely justified under these circumstances. We paid for a room to rest, not to spend the entire night being repeatedly disturbed by fire alarms. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling long distances.

The carpet has smell and felt wet air conditioner was good breakfast area was messy during breakfast time

My room was very nice. Large, clean and comfortable. The folks across from me had a dog that didn't like being left alone. Friday night and Saturday morning. Met a guy who was next to them at breakfast and he had the same complaint. Also, everyone in the hotel came for breakfast at the same time and there wasn't enough food, drink or seating.

I talked to the manager about the toilet, bathroom door, sanitary issue, and shower. 1.the toilet kept running, making noise. 2.The bathroom door was loose, so it didn't close all the way. 3. There was a used bandaid stuck on the shower wall. 4. The shower water was too cold. I like to get refund.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Norcroos Ga. Hard to find anything to complain about. But it would be a review without at least a few. 1st Staff were country friendly and very helpful. My wife and I were a little dissatisfied that the pool was closed (Early Oct.) and other than that: a slightly loose sink faucet and a glass shower that needs leveling. Would def stay again😊😊😊

I got a terrible room right next to pool and breakfast on first floor, always noisy. Room was ok. Location is not easy access to freeway. Service was ok but don't appreciate the room selection. Worst part was the parking cost for no reason, not crowded area and didn't like that I found out after booking.
