The room smelled bad and the housekeeping were bad and rude. This is the worst Marriot ever visited.

Stayed here for a few days. Nice location... but the power went out on day one

As always Residence Inn by Marriott hit the ball out of the park. The room was spotless and comfortable. The shower was really nice and I don't think it was because I was so tired that I feel this way. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and filling. What more could one ask for when you're away from your own home? This is why I always look for a Residence Inn when traveling. You can count on the name. Thank you Residence Inn for being there.

I chose Residence in because I have special dietary requirements and hoped to cook some of my meals. The kitchenette was so dirty to the visible eye that I did not trust cooking there. Upon arrival I went to the front desk for cleaning supplies and he let barrow his personal disinfectant wipes. Areas that needed cleaning with visible dirty side of night stand, range, side of refrigerator and bathroom wall and toilet. When I requested daily room service they provided me with their routine cleaning service schedule. On a positive note they did provide me with fresh towels per my request. Sleeping was a challenge as the AC unit was extremely loud. Breakfast did not have any peanut for my toast which is the only thing I could have eaten. It is not the Residence Inn I remember from years ago, I was very disappointed.

It was a safe, convenient, and vibrant location Only vending machines or convenience items were in the main building lobby
-
The beds were clean but they had dust in the circuit box and a large spider was crawling in the bed. The power went out and was out five or so hours no back up generators.
-
Terrible breakfast. The room was very loud.

It was really good

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hallways and elevators aren't very clean and the property appears to be very dated. The lighting in the room is inadequate. Had to turn on everything to have even a reasonable amount of light.
-
Room comfortable, very neat. The location of my room was excellent for me. The breakfast was satisfying and the dining area was well kept. The front desk actually called to see if we were comfortable. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. Sorry!

The breakfast was good. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Residence Inn Peachtree Corners. The room was clean and fairly well maintained. Really the only problem was with the door to the room. Someone had damaged the door in some way which caused it to be extremely difficult to open and close. If you weren't careful, you would think the door was closed when it really was still open. And, you could use the deadbolt because of the damage. The management was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms we were in were not available, however, the staff accomodated us with rooms that were as close to what we had as possible. They extended our checkout time and made one of the new rooms available early so we could make a smooth transition. We will stay here again because we have family we visit in the area.

It is a great room. There is lots of room. There was a stain on the floor near the end of the bed. I accidentally stepped on it and it was sticky. No telling how long it's been there. Breakfast was good the first day. On Monday, the breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30. It wasn't ready. Eventually there was enough that I could put together something for breakfast.

I truly love this property. The staff is not only professional but super helpful. I will definitely be returning.
