I strongly suspect the reviews of this property are being artificially increased by owners or their staff. Likely they're "booking" any last minute unbooked rooms under aliases in order to leave "confirmed" positive reviews. I booked a stay based on the positive reviews. From the point of my arrival I realized there was no way the reviews could be as high as they were. I pulled into the parking lot. In the car next to me was a man injecting himself with some kind of drugs. I found a parking space on the other side of the building, parked, and walked to the lobby. But before I got there a young lady approached me and asked if I "wanted to party." I politely declined, and she asked me if I could spare any money. Several reviews mention the helpfulness of staff. I find this odd because there is no staff on site. There's a kiosk with a video screen and a remote worker who checks you in. I'm assuming this is for safety, as the lock on the lobby door is broken. The room quality was about what you'd expect from the experience above--dingy walls, hair in the sink and tub, and the faint smell of smoke, despair, and bad decisions. I was only woken a few times by loud partying outside, and the door locked. So that was a plus. I think my car was OK left alone in the parking lot. And the heat/AC worked. No bed bugs to speak of, but I didn't check thoroughly. . .I'll update this review if I find a stowaway came home with me. Hotels.com should remove this property from listings.

I was left alone. I didn't like the fact that I booked my room at 6pm. Got there at about 8 unloading my belongings and left again to grocery store. For some little things to put in the fridge. But when I get back to hotel, my refrigerator doesn't work. Like at all. I immediately went to the front desk. His response was "DIDNT YOU CHECK?" I said no sir I only unloaded my belongings and left back out. He then said "Well, I can't change rooms or switch refrigerators. And you'd have to wait til tomorrow to talk to someone else about a refund." So he means to tell that if I wanted to leave I couldn't because I'm unable to receive my money back. So I'd be forced to stay at hotel in order for them to get at least that 1 nights stay out of me. It's was as crooked as they come. Drugs and Drug dealers as well!!! All over property. But thanks for the stay ?

Worst experience, I booked the king non smoking with jacuzzi tub and shower, free breakfast. Given a smoking king room with yellow sheets and burn holes everywhere, deal without a chair, no jacuzzi and shower, bathroom and bedroom had fixtures ripped off the wall, bathtub clear curtain was yellow and stained ceiling had black mold and was leaking. No toilet supplies and no towels. Asked for towels but did not get until next day and they were stiff yellowed and stained and stiff and rough. I went to Walmart to buy toilet paper and towels. I did not sleep there or use bath tub with leaky ceiling. The place was filthy like never vacuumed or bathroom cleaned, trash can was full and mini fridge had molded contents. They refused to give me a better room and there was only 4 cars the entire parking lot. There was no working outlet near bed to plug in the CPAP machine. So just slept in my suv and went in room to use bathroom as needed. Disgusting on dcale of 1-10 it was -10. I need a full refund and I have pictures to prove it!!

Check in was at 3:00 pm. I arrived at 3:15 pm and was told to return in 20 to 30 minutes. I was in town for a wedding at 4:00 pm. I had to find a place to change my clothes. I asked for a room on first floor. I returned after 7:00 pm. Person on monitor was on a call. He did not acknowledge me at all. Only 2nd floor rooms were available. The bedding didn't look clean and there was a stale odor in the room.
