The bedroom was separate from the sweet area and that gave you a lot of room. There was a refrigerator and microwave. There's no coffee maker and the coffee is kind of weak. They have it available in the lobby all the time

Everything about this hotel is good, except for the $10 parking fee. I wouldn’t mind paying for parking if the hotel were located downtown or in an area where parking is difficult to find. But this hotel is in the suburbs, where parking is generally easy and plentiful. For me, it’s not really about the $10. It’s about the principle and whether the charge is fair to consumers. I think the hotel should reconsider this fee, especially given its location.

The places to eat/stores were very closed to hotel. Staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable! No issues.

I liked the hotel location. I liked that breakfast was included. The location is close to alot The room was decent. The area was surrounded by everything as far as restaurants and stores it was also close to my event. I liked that it was a suite. I enjoyed my stay.

The beds were amazing. Close to Walgreens, Walmart and many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The hot water was not hot enough for me but still a good shower.

The bed was really comfortable & that was the most important thing. It was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower, the toilet didn't always flush and there was no hot water at the sink no matter how long I let it run. But over all it was a comfortable room.

The comfortability

From the beginning as we walked in until we left the next day was amazing! It started with the front counter accommodating us by letting us check in early and upgrading our room at no extra cost! The location was only 20 minutes from the Staind concert at the Virginia Veterans Amphitheater we were attending. All of the staff was super friendly, the room was spacious and clean, it was really quiet at night which made for a good night rest, the pool was super clean, no matter where you went in the hotel the floors were so clean you could see yourself in them. Breakfast in the morning was really good with alot of choices and the Costa coffee they were serving happened to be the same coffee we drink at home! I highly recommend staying here if your in the area! We will definitely be booking this hotel again!!

The service folks managing the food was very helpful. The front desk young lady that checked me in was very helpful. A couple of issues: 1. The tv did not have good reception on local changes and a couple would not come in at all 2. The bathtub would not drain properly and you could not retrieve cold water, resulting in warmer showers 3. Toilet would not consistently flush, without continuing to run. The room was very nice.

Everything was just the way I like to spend my time away from home. If not with family
