Howard Johnson by Wyndham Ocean City Oceanfront

Was a nice place to stay...

Beautiful room, friendly staff, easy parking, right on the boardwalk, and quick walk to Country Calling! Will definitely book again!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

There was no hot water if we needed hot water we had to call the front desk and then wait a half hour for the water to heat. On our check out day we were forced to leave without a shower due to time constraints. Spent time on the phone with hotel management was told we would be refunded one night but should wait a week to reach out to Expedia for credit. Did as instructed and again spent additional time on hold with no resolution. Instructed to call back once again tomorrow. Vacations are expensive and time is limited very dissatisfied with Howard Johnson and will not risk wasting money and valuable time in the future.

Superb

Very good

The hotel is very run down. There were cracks in the walls and ceiling in our room. It generally felt gross - the shower floor was dirty and uneven. Overall, we felt the room and hotel are not well maintained. We had little gnat type bugs in our room that we couldn’t get rid of. We had an ocean view which was great and redeemed some of the hotel. The staff were also nice and made sure we got our room turned over when we missed the housekeeping staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Good

We really enjoyed our stay. Every year my sister and I take our best friend to the ocean for a few days. Our room was very nice the beds really comfortable and the ocean view was amazing. The stsff was great and everyone there was very kind. Our only complaint was how small the bathroom was. No room to put bathroom items on counter Room was very clean.

Bathroom it was. Not clean

Bathroom it was. Not clean ?

Highly recommended!

We will be back definitely!

I had a partial beach view and could easily access the beach. Lots of clean towels and daily maid service if needed. Ice machine was inconvenient. Hole in the wall and I saw a roach in the kitchen area. Loud outside at night.

Location and parking was great. Small, cramped bathroom. Floor could have been cleaner.

Toilet did not work. Shower at pool did not work. No room in hallways for two people to pass. Couldn't sleep because of nosies from other rooms.

Clean room nice staff

This is a very clean property. The staff was great and housekeeping was excellent. Great location on boardwalk and easy access parking lot. It is a great location for walking.

I did not eat on the property

Was ok. Could have cleaned the room up a bit more. Was hair in shot and on floor by bed. Also lots of fruit flies in the room
