Park Place Hotel

The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful. The room was festive, fun and very clean. The little touches were joyful... the flowers, the towel animals, the mints. We enjoyed our stay and will come again. I loved the coffee machine!!!

The staff was extremely helpful. They even helped me with the remote in my room. Everything was in Spanish!!!

Park place Hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect. Staff was always cleaning and the property was top notch. Only downside was the boardwalk door closes at 9 when most bars and restaurants dont close till 10. Had to walk around al.ost every night.

Very clean place to stay great help beautiful beach view balcony is nice. I’ll stay there again.

Everything was clean, view was nice! Parking attendant was ver friendly & helpful! My only complaint was the parking fee, we spent lots of money for 2 night stay & having to pay anything additional was crazy let alone $69.

Our stay was awesome and we had no concerns. We'll maintained. Our tv wasn't working and they replaced it very quickly.

Water issues in the building. Our room flooded within the first two hours of checking in. I slipped and fell hard as I walked in our room. I fell hard enough not to remember much after that. I missed a whole night of concerts because of that fall. Being laid up in bed thru the night in a room that was flooded with water that they said came from the toilet. Somehow, they blame us for the flood which happened while we weren't even in the room. Treatment from certain staff after that was horrible. The treatment to our whole family was horrible.

Feeling secure and the rooms are always clean. We stay here for the last 5 plus years The gentleman when we checked in on 4-21-25 in the morning was not pleasant. If he smiled it would have cracked his face. Talked down to me. Told me my room would be ready by 3 came back and the other woman working said 4. He just wasn’t pleasant all around.

The location was perfect right on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean. Elevator was close to our room Would have liked an indoor pool ❤️

Everything was great, Mattresses were a little firm for my taste but still slept well. If the hotel is not full, it would be nice to allow an extra vehicle to pay to park overnight. The staff was so nice and helpful . I love the decor! Will be back!

Heads up, the beach front rooms have a bar under the balconies that play music from 12pm-10pm. Kind of wish they would say that when booking; we would've much preferred to book a different room. Other than that, it was a great stay; staff, coffee station, and location were all great.
