Ambassador Hotel Oklahoma City, Autograph Collection

Very good

Quaint old building in a great area of (mid)town Valet parking is a nightmare

Loved the courtyard at the entry and the room was decorated lovely with a super comfortable bed. We were a bit disappointed to have been placed in the room with the HVAC view, and the shower lacked pressure. The staff out front and the upstairs bar area were fantastic.

Perfect!!!!!! Beautiful gardens, cozy rooms, nice amenities. Staff was beyond exceptional.

We love this hotel. We upgraded to a corner room, and it was an amazing space! We love the O Bar and also enjoyed the Chalk Board for breakfast. It’s also close to multiple restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Great property to stay at.

Friendly staff, excellent brunch.

My stay at the ambassador for a class reunion was absolutely perfect. The Front Desk staff is knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. The food service was outstanding. The dining room, the chalkboard is absolutely excellent quality and service. I had a lovely stay in a historic building in the middle of Midtown couldn’t have been any better!

Wonderfully located. Staff was outstanding. Food was great! Little high priced I feel for the quality of the room. But everything around the hotel, the ambience of the rooftop bar and restaurant, and the hotels location made the price worth it.

The evening staff was AMAZING! Melissa and Hugh were extremely helpful and kind. They both went above and beyond to make our check in and stay smooth, easy and memorable. Those two were fantastic and deserve the biggest shout out. The staff on duty the following morning were lackluster and might benefit from shadowing Melissa on guest experience. If there had been anyone else in the lobby as we were leaving, I could understand why they weren’t as helpful. But it was just my 8 year old and I struggling to get our things out the door and to the truck, then search for someone who had my keys.. Check out was a bit of a let down after the brilliant interaction the night before.

Was great………….,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Clean & Upgraded ! Staff was helpful in every way. Located in a great area.

Exceptional

The Ambassador is our favorite place to stay in Oklahoma City. Beautiful hotel. Wonderfully professional staff. Beautiful rooms. The Chalkboard Restaurant is lovely. We just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there. The Ambassador is always our first choice.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was super friendly. The only issue was the shower in the room had very low pressure. I get that they are trying to do the right thing and conserve water but it was not what most people expect at a luxury hotel.

Great hotel in a super fun location. So many restaurants to walk to. Pool was beautiful and service at the rooftop was amazing. Have stayed before and will continue to go back!

Room was great. Roof top bar was fun After a long day of traveling - the stairs and and lobby were hard to navigate with a luggage cart and my dog

Pleasant, professional staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Relaxing vibe. Lovely and timeless decor. We loved everything about this hotel. This will be our place in OKC from now on.

Accommodations were great, food was delicious. Ordered room service and it was very prompt. Pool was nice and well maintained. It’s in a very trendy and busy area, but enjoyed the quiet of the hotel.

We loved the ambience of the place. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Would love to stay here again when we’re in town.
