The view and pool area was nice. Paying for breakfast after paying for a 400$ room is insane. Also, staff did not readily explain anything to us about our stay when we checked in (they were busy but still). For a 400$ room as well I thought the showers and bathroom would be a bit nicer. The TV is a bit outdated as well.

It’s Pensacola so you can’t beat the beach but unfortunately we visited the week after Hurricane Isaias.

Location is great, beach was nice, having a starbucks on site was nice. Room was big and beds were confortable The pool was definitely not clean. The hotel is a bit old. And the stay was very expensive. Front desk was very rude and unhelpful.

Great helpful staff but I’ve been coming here for years every summer and since the last 3 or 4 years things seem to be less up to date or to the Hilton standards. Tile missing in pool, hot pool dirty, room bathrooms rub corners dirty, lobby cluttered, and not allow to use the hotel luggage carrier with wheels, as weird, always used, but now you have to pay somebody to use them, and that’s just the beginning of all the little things. A lot of little things start adding up that’s unfortunate cause I love Hilton all over the country but Pensacola Beach Hilton seem to have dropped their standards of keeping things up.

Rooms were clean, but the pool area rooms and bathrooms all need updating, TLC, renewed and refreshed. For the price, I was very disappointed. The Hampton Inn next door was $100 cheaper and in same or better the the Hilton.

No free breakfast. But great otherwise.

Comfy beds, bit outdated facilities. Great service from the staff. WiFi did not work, and they started some loud banging work at 05:30 ….

Location was good Charged us $50 to check in before 4.

We showed up and everything was clean. All the personnel was there and ready for us, we had a electric vehicle TESLA, and I don’t care who has a problem with that!!!!!, and the charging stations were available for us so we could charge our TESLA vehicle, the facility was awesome and right on the water. It was beautiful.

The pool was great! We loved that were were able to get VIP pool access to visit the pools at neighboring hotels. I would definitely stay here again! The location was also very convenient to restaurants and everything was walking distance. Very accessible for my daughter with mobility issues.

I felt like I was staying at the motel six. My room was never clean, my bathtub was never clean, the carpets were never clean, the safe was broke for three days that I needed to put legal documents in, the TV was broke the entire time of my stay, and they wouldn’t compensate me anything except two free breakfasts that I couldn’t eat because I have a gluten allergy. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They are rip-off, they’re disgusting, there’s bed bugs, fleas, and everything else in there, so good luck.

Carpet and room floor were dirty. Bathroom tub was clogged. The TV was not a smart TV.

Check-in was a 1.5 almost 2 hours late which meant we had to go to dinner in a beach attire since that’s what we did before we went to check in at 4, I was NOT happy. Every single bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both the shower and bath tub were Completely EMPTY(thank goodness we brought ours from home) but remember we were held almost 2 hours behind on check in? The TVs in both the living room area and the bedroom didn’t work. We also called for new bath towels and wash cloths and was told they would send someone with them quickly- yet no one came, we luckily seen the cart out in the hallways our floor and just had to help ourselves. We are Hilton Timeshare Owners and have stayed at several Hilton properties and this one was by far the worst one we’ve stayed at. The Hotel in itself is beautiful, but it’s not ran very well

The location was absolutely beautiful. It was just an ordinary room that you would find at a cheap hotel. Yet they changed us over $500 for one night. It was old smelling of bleach. Of course the ice machine was broken so we had to go to another floor.
