The stay was very nice. Well appointed, clean very nice. My only negative was the room was not sound proof and I could hear literally everything our neighbor on the bedroom side was saying and the music from the lobby was heard then the front door as well.

It’s my mom’s birthday and stayed there for it . She enjoyed the room , the complimentary breakfast and drinks .

A few of us stayed at this hotel and it was not what I was expecting. It was in a great location & The hotel staff were great!! However, this hotel is very old. The lobby furniture is dirty. The rooms are very outdated and I felt like I was staying in a motel instead of a hotel. The tile that was on the bathroom floor is also on the shower wall, there was mold, the caulk around the toilet was not done correctly, the rooms were dark even with the light on. All the furniture was dirty. On the first 2 nights the water got extremely hot which I like but on the 3rd day the water was just luke warm. I would not stay here again & I also would not recommend staying here not unless they make a lot of changes.

Loved the pool and the beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed The bar opening so late and closing early

The location to Barrows medical center and the discount we received for staying there as a medical patient.

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly, and I would stay again. My one major concern is that both mornings, a lot of the hit food at the otherwise good and free breakfast buffet was at room temperature. Aside from being a taste issue, this represents a serious risk of foodborne illness to guests. I would have thought that by pointing it out the first day, that it woken have been corrected and hit the next day. But no. The warmers are set below safe holding temperatures.

Everything was great

Breakfast was awesome, Hostessess and bussers did a great job in helping and keeping the dining area clean. Felt safe to be there. Very Welcoming.
