Superb

Exceptional

The place is perfect, the breakfast was really awesome, I really enjoyed everything! Thank you!! Nothing.

Grest place. Great breakfast. We booked too far out.

Clean, safe, and quiet. Couldn’t say.

Well lit parking lot. Friendly staff. Too close to freeway noise.

This hotel was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, casino (that has good entertainment), not far from airport (although I didn't fly in I am familiar with the area) the hotel was very clean staff were really friendly, the morning breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the area was clean and being constantly cleaned and restocked. For the cost of this hotel I was very impressed. Nothing that I would recommend different

Friendly staff. Very Clean

Hotel was perfect!! Location staff and cleanliness were absolutely perfect!! Nothing

Clean and quite

Breakfast had great varieties and tasted great No answer

very nice staff and very clean hotel and room and service

It was really nice and comfortable It was a little loud at times and the walls and doors seem thin. It quieted down after awhile.

They provide a breakfast, and it was delicious! The place was very nice and clean, and they're rooms were great. The gym and pool were very nice and clean. The gym has a water fountain to refill water bottles, and the pool has a jacuzzi. When we checked in they had cucumber water You can tell that they take care of the rooms and all the other facilities. When we check in they were cleaning, when we would leave to explore the city they were cleaning, when we came back they were cleaning. Overall it's a great hotel for a great price. The only negative thing was when we were checking we had issues. We booked two hotel rooms as I was also booking for my grandparents. The whole time everything got complicated. We had picked the option to pay at the hotel and they were going to use the card that we used on the booking.com website, when we wanted to pay with a different card. This has never happened before when using this feature, so it was a bit frustrating.

Good

We usually stay next door but decided to stay at the Fairfield. It is very new so it’s clean and all of the employees were very nice. We will be staying here every time we are in Phoenix.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Had an issue with the chair lift not working at the pool, after several inquiries regarding its usability and was comped some Bonvoy points after trying it to no avail (bad motor needed replacing). Really appreciated housekeeping and maintenance staff (fridge had to be swapped out too) and the property is very clean. Water fill station in the gym is nice as well fruit-infused water dispenser in the lobby. Good stay despite my disappointment at not being able to get into the pool after those hot Phoenix days.

Clean, attentive staff, good locao

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
