Great Room, comfy bed. Great decor. Was real great for value so nothing really to complain about.

Clean and spacious comfortable room. Great shower. Walls and ceilings very thin! Lots of noise from neighbouring and above rooms. WiFi not good, kept dropping.

Very nice

Very industrial and unique. Lovely view from 8th floor suite. Room was on theme but not super comfortable or functional. Loose and broken sink faucets, toilet seat literally falling off when we arrived but we were able to fix that. Good location right on light rail stop.

The view from the room was great, it was south facing so we couldn't really see the sunset, but later got an awesome view of a thunderstorm. The room was unique with a huge walk in shower, industrial decor. Very comfortable bed.

Checking went well as I had stuff for a wedding and a dog. The room was comfortable and I sat on the balcony at night. I have been going to the hotel from time to time and like that dogs can stay there. But the rugs in the room and in the halls looked old tired and dirty.

The hotel layout was wonderful. The staff was excellent, helpful and very personable. I love people who can hold a great conversations and everyone I came across could. My only knock which is a huge one is that on the second night when I was ready to shut it down for the night, I pulled back the blanket which the bed was made up when I was out there was blood on the sheet. It just so happened that the bottom sheet came off as well and there looked like dried up blood on the top right corner of the mattress where I laid my head down the night before. I was devastated and still discussed as I am typing this. Went to the front desk and told them what happened and they had no problem changing my room. Since it was late Saturday night there was no managers available to talk to until Monday, as of now I still haven't heard from a manager. I believe sleeping on a bloody mattress is worth more than that. Waiting for a call

Unique design of hotel and rooms. The large shower with a mirror and sink was an odd choice but still functional. The small art gallery was a nice touch and the outdoor pool was a lovely place to cool off and/or enjoy some sun. The bar had a great sangria and a $15 credit for guests. Location is a bit out of downtown but coffee and dining options were nearby and transit was very close as well.

It was in the middle of all the activities we chose to do so nothing seemed too far Parking wasn’t terrible but not great also

Exceptional

I came in for a quick stay but ended up having a couple of hours of downtime while I waited for friends to arrive and a storm to clear. I hung out in the restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. The room was industrial chic - very clean. A great stay! I will stay here again when i return to Phoenix.

We loved our stay, the only thing I was disappointed in was they advertise that they have a pool bar which was a huge selling point for me… well the pool bar was closed and according to staff it’s only open for special events..At least you can walk inside to the bar and grab drinks to bring back to the pool.. but just don’t advertise there’s a pool bar! Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

Love this hotel but I was disappointed to arrive late at night and be told “valet isn’t here tonight” and just be told to pay to self park. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew I was going to have to self park late at night in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is nice but valet parking should be advertised as “only sometimes” if that’s the case.
