Place needs to be shut down

Room smells. Bathroom had a lot of molds. Bed, sheets and pillows were dusty. Floor was dirty and had stains and couches.

This property looks amazing from outside. But getting inside, it's shocking. It's more than disappointing. The shower coexists with the toilet. So while showering the water is flowing through to the door and to the sitter, all over. It's a mess. The rooms are smelling. The tables are rusty and aged. It's a neglected facility but somehow surprisingly being run. Staff is wonderful. Kitchen smells.

The premises were nothing like the pictures. They were run down, filthy dirty and there’re was a needle in the o ly working elevator. Then they gave us a room that was already occupied. Horrible experience

I needed an extra night due to my job. Jayc at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me explaining how I go about doing that and then getting it done for me. Thank you Jayc for your being so awesome it made my day.

The worst place anyone can be out of motel. Nothing but druggies and prostitution. Not a good place to be whatsoever. Bad customer service will never be there again.

no breakfast I booked with booking. When I got there, they wanted a $50 deposit that they had never wanted before.

The room smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The AC barely worked- we were hot all night- literally sweaty. The vent in the bathroom screeched, the shower wouldn’t fully shut off, there were holes in the towels and hairs all over the bedding. There were people outside making noise all night. Genuinely the worst hotel stay I’ve had.
