I liked that the place was quiet and clean. I didnt like the weird smell in the hallways. For a small budget hotel its ok.

Not a good experience at all. Very disappointing in my stay.
-
The room was not clean and the whole hotel smelled bad.
-
The property is showing bad signs of aging and poor upkeep, ok if in a pinch, but do not expect Hilton amenities or service.
-
The entire 3rd floor smelled. Our room smelled like a smoker lived in the room. I asked if we could be moved to another room and they said they were 100% full and just gave me an air freshener spray to which they said to bring back. The hotel looks like it’s in need of a remodel desperately. Staff appeared to be a family running the front desk. I mistook a service staff member to be a vagrant wandering the halls but he actually was the maintenance person.

Motel was extremely dirty rooms and hall areas

not clean at all, if you can pay a bit more go someplace else. but receptionist was helpful and nice.

The size of the room and refrigerator was nice. If you're looking for a cheap place, don’t stay here. You're better off at a motel 6 or studio. The trash by the 1 elevator smells like it was never taken out. Both at check in and check out. Both on the 1st and 2nd floors. The key card did not work at any of the outside entrances and was deactivated 1 hour before checkout as I was traveling to and from my vehicle to load my multiple bags of luggage. The room looked like it was cleaned by a man. Hair still on the bathroom floor from the previous stay and a dirty bathtub. Also the drain/plug did not work properly, so a hot bath was definitely of the question. The shower curtain looked like it had been there since the dawn of time, spots of what looked like to be blood and rust at the bottom (pictured). The bathroom mirror still had spots on it, like it wasn't cleaned. The bed seemed like it was from 1972, as the mattress had springs you could feel. The red-light on the rooms landline was blinking indicating voicemails. When I tried to clear it via the voicemail speed dial it just rang to no avail. The coffee maker was stained and dirty. The channel guide was incorrect. The remote was not wiped down, as it felt gritty and sticky. Also they charge $5 for parking. Which is strange because there's no vallet or parking garage. There are a ton of other hotels on this strip; some that I have stayed at. None have ever charged me for parking and are dirty. I thought I'd try something new and was disappointed. The pool and hot tub look nothing like the photos either.

when i came in to check in people were already having problems with the staff upfront THEN it stank in there !!! when i left to check out there was throw up in the hall way!!!

Place really needs to be cleaned up. I'm

The staff was AMAZING! Especially the front office! Super accommodating, friendly and great service! I am traveling from CA to TX with my service animals and a broken leg and they were so great, I even booked two more nights for us all to rest. Everything was so clean, quiet, comfy bed and a much needed reprieve from traveling. Pet friendly, affordable and SAFE. For work or just passing through Phoenix, I’m more than satisfied! This probably sounds fake! But honestly, I don’t have any. I was more than pleasantly surprised :) management was so sweet to me and my fur babies!

Staff was VERY kind and professional, the room was VERY clean and spacious with lots of desk space, full size refrigerator (with fast ice maker) and plenty of plates, cups, paper towels, etc.. Most of all, the WIFI was incredibly fast. I was shocked. If there were USB charging ports in the room, they were incredibly well hidden. They should be on the bedside lamps, or on the business desk system. The side door has to be propped open with a rock (so anyone can enter the room area hallways) because the card reader doesn't work. While the rooms are spotless, the hallways and elevator could be much cleaner. It's not a good first impression.

The staff. The large rooms. The hallway the elevator was very very dirty, stains, not clean in the front,

Had to check out after too many issues 1st room was extremely hot and non working toilet. The second room they gave us was just as hot and dirty trash left behind spilled sticky night stand Not to mention the assistant mnger was so rude! Accused me and my children of lying about the situation. Definitely has gone down hill Pool and jacuzzi was green! Horrible experience and terrible customer service

I had been here years ago & my memories were good. I decide to stay here again, but I was very disappointed. The staff were nice The room was filthy.. It had not been clean, there was build up of dust everywhere. There was beer fluids on the nightstand. Hair all over the bathtub and on the floor corners.
