The staff went out of their way to provide a great customized checkin experience for a 6:00 am arrival. We were less happy that our rooms were never cleaned in 5 days, there was seldom anyone at the front desk, most of our requests were ignored after we found someone, and our room phones didn't work. .

convenient location , the couch in suite got a lot of use, and the little table and chairs in room made it easy to do a little work station feonce loved the lobby coffee machine 24/7 with fresh ground coffee [or hot chocolate] had to switch rooms ac didn't work in bedroom section. a lot , I mean a lot of people lindering in parking lot , likely from Mexican restaurant 500 feet away

The room was clean, but could definitely use some updates especially with charging ports for electronics. There were very few electrical sockets in the room and no USB charging ports. The lights, lamps, and blankets were very used. There was a stain on the carpet and a spot of mold in the bathroom near the shower. The location and parking was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Need one more chair in the room

We stayed here for 4 nights and not one time did housekeeping come. They told us they only clean on Thursdays We had to ask for towels and not one time did they even come to the room. The breakfast eehhhh, it was the same thing every morning the only thing they switch up was the fruit.

I think Best Western is a moderate-budget hotel. So you get what you get with that tier. To be fair, it was under renovation. That wasn’t made aware to me before booking and I probably would have thought twice about it. Because of that, the gym wasn’t available and the halls/rooms were a reflection of that. Rooms were bare minimum, felt empty almost in a king room. They did accommodate a late checkout for us which I appreciated. Breakfast was decent, your typical free breakfast but that’s always appreciated.
