The TV didn’t work. Would have been nice to have some cups in the room

I’m very disappointed because I reserved through Hotels.com and checked in with my ID and the credit card I used to book. The folks at the front desk Ed charged me for the room . I was not aware until I got my credit card statement and would like a refund for my stay 9/10/26.

Clean

I’m always weary when having to stay at a hotel but

Coffee creamer was spoiled and room had a sliding shower door that never closed. Otherwise the property was very well maintained.

The guy at the desk didn't know what the hell he is doing! I stood there for an hour trying to get checked in.

Nothing Rooms were not very clean. Our 1 year old found a pill on the floor. Found food stuck to our blanket on the bed.

Our first challenge was parking. There's a restaurant/bar right in front of the hotel, and many of its customers seemed to be using the hotel parking lot. The music from the restaurant was loud, and there were several intoxicated people hanging around outside. Thankfully, we couldn't hear the music once we got inside. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and suggested we use the available VIP spaces, which was appreciated. Our room was a handicap-accessible room on the first floor next to an exit door. We were hoping to sleep in after the wedding, but the door started slamming around 6:00 a.m. and continued every few minutes, making that impossible. The bed was comfortable enough, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower and mold in the caulking. I usually travel with cleaning supplies and wipe down surfaces before settling in, but this bathroom needed more attention than most before I felt comfortable using it. The ice machine was also out of service during our stay. I've definitely stayed in worse hotels. The front desk employee was genuinely kind and helpful. Had we not been so tired when we checked in, I probably would have asked for a different room. One nice perk is that Cracker Barrel is right next door, so it's easy to walk over for a good breakfast if the hotel breakfast is not your thing.

Great location just off main interstate. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

I woke up to a roach on my nightstand, I took a pic of it! Didn't even mention it to the staff. That kind of disappointed me but the overall stay was good

Nothing special with location. The bathroom wall above the toilet paper looked like someone wiped poop on it, the tissue box was empty, there were several tiles missing behind the toilet, the shower curtain barely touched the top of the tub.

I went to the desk to leave the charging block and there were 2 guys at the front desk, they didn't speak he just too the block and sat it down. Never said a word.

The place always smells and looks clean, breakfast is just ok, they use that really cheap sausage like most places do now, So not really a "this place" issue

Hotel is clean for the most part. However, first room we were assigned smelled like smoke and A/C didn’t work. Moved to a new room that didn’t have a smell but A/C still wasn’t great. Hotel says nonsmoking but all the halls and passing by rooms smelled like weed. Entire hotel filled with Hispanic workers. Wouldn’t be my first choice of hotel. Must better hotel in the area for the same price.

Great property

I can take a lot from a hotel but this place was frankly disgusting. Pubes and assorted unknown gunk crumbs in the shower. Sautéed onion/chinese food on the remote. Filth on the floors. The linens were clean and that’s quite literally it.
