It said breakfast was included when I booked , it didn’t say we have to pay for the 3rd person in the room. Also staff told some of our group member that their room didn’t include breakfast and they said only coffee can be taken !

It was. Convenient. Was given a room on the first floor , must have been an adjoining room as the neighbors were horrible. Kids screaming at midnight, loud voices all night . We were able to get a different room the next night.

The lighting in the rooms with no outside facing windows is terrible. The room is either super bright or no light at all. The outdoor area is decent but the pool are could use some help. The indoor lounge area was nice and the coffee machine was halfway decent. The restaurant wasn't terrible but seemed to be understaffed in the morning when it was the busiest and not a great option for the 2nd morning as we only got one breakfast voucher for two days. Thhe food wasn't worth paying full price and it was way too much food for light eaters.

Our room felt like staying in someone’s partially finished basement. The water in the bathroom sink never got hot, the toilet barely flushed and would run for several minutes after. The refrigerator made a loud hum. I’ve spent $300 a night on much nicer rooms.
