I’ve stayed here many times and will always choose this hotel every time I visit Portland

The room was a little unusual, but very comfortable and the staff did a great job taking care of us.

A ok

Location is walking distance from a lot of good food, coffee, and more. Bartender was super nice. Expensive parking at $55 per night. The front desk staff that was working the night shift was not friendly. Does not provide water. Dozens of homeless people roaming around the area which is not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of.
-
Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms with everything I could need. Self service ice machine, I felt bad asking the staff for ice all the time.
-
The only drawback was parking.

Love this place!!! Definitely will be back!!

Easy clean reliable and cute

Staff was exceptional and friendly, facility was very clean. Location was great and lots of restaurants/bars near walking distance. We will be staying here again. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.
-
The staff were professional and responsive. The half pour at the bar was a nice touch after we checked in. The bartender was excellent! The room was small and the bathroom door didn’t lock. At one point we locked it from the outside and it got stuck. We had to have someone come up and remove the locking mechanism.
-
The rooms were cute and cozy; the overall vibe was very nice and welcoming; and the stuff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The rooms were not sound proofed well though, so you could hear other guests and the city street traffic.
-
Great facility with a wonderful staff.
-
Anyone staying just should be prepared for the homeless in the area, it was shocking how many were around the hotel area. The area is an it rough, but easy access to the bus and rail. Their ‘breakfast’ is just coffee.
-
Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with ulta friendly and helpful staff. Would have loved a self serve ice machine and a fan in the bathroom.
-
Nice big King bed, beautifully restored older boutique hotel. Clean. Central location to some funky neighborhoods. No balcony, area is quite loud. Rooms are not overly spacious. Area immediately around the hotel was quite industrial and grungy.

The room decor was very cute and the room felt pretty clean, but there were a few things we weren't fans of. The rooms have shutters rather than blinds, so a lot of light comes in through them, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel is on a busy street, with lots of noise so we wore earplugs to sleep. Our room faced a car wash and shelter. Our room's main light bulb was also burnt out upon arrival, and we were told it could not be fixed. There was no follow-up offer to move rooms. Additionally, the restaurant/wine bar in the lobby was closed (possibly permanently) during our entire stay despite being advertised as operating during booking. Location-wise, the hotel was a short drive to the places we wanted to explore, so it was easy to get around Portland.

Hotel is very nice on the inside The F&b isn't really available until later in the week, outside of the hotel is a homeless shelter across the street.
-
Fun hotel. Great bar next door.
