Excellent staff and location.

Staff was fairly knowledgeable. One Consiener did not know how to direct me to a particular Restaurant. A another staff member was a little slow on delivering the beers that I ordered to my room. I don't like the idea of a OR code for valet tipping, being a cashless Hotel. When I downloaded the OR code, I noticed that I would have to set up a Venmo account, which is annoying because I will never use it again. I did like that they had my car ready for departure. The Hotel was was generous to have me walk off , to find a potential place to eat Breakfast.

The room was very comfortable, the staff very welcoming and responsive to requests, and the location central to exploring downtown.

I think $60 a day for valet was a little high

We love the well-maintained older architecture of Hotel Lucia, as well as the lovely mattress and high-quality bedding. The free happy hour beverage and pin-ball machines added to the festivities. Last, but not least, the staff were gracious and helpful.

Very pretty aesthetically No in room microwave and could not get the room temperature lower than 74 degrees. They took away the free water downstairs after 7 o clock and the only water available was $6 or $7 a bottle located in the room.
