I been waiting on a deposit refund for three weeks now. Very disappointed and frustrated that the refund hasn’t processed.

I liked that there was a pet area. The manager was very courteous and responsive.

Convenience to food and transit Staff were horribly rude. Specifically the lady that checked us in I never caught her name.

Office staff is very rude! Checking in. It was very uncomfortable. The lady there who was extremely rude on the check-in, I accidentally locked my key card in the room and the next morning the gentleman was extremely rude I had to use the key card. Bring it back. Show my ID which I understand but the way he said it the way he looked at me was just not something that you usually expect from a motel 6 establishment. I have stayed at multiple motel6s over 50 within the last 3 months and this was probably the worst experience I've had and my next motel will probably not be motel 6

The room was fairly consistent with most Motel 6 locations and was clean, save for a strange stain on the bathroom door. The clerk at check-out was very polite and courteous. No parking whatsoever, and if you leave the property, you're likely to lose your spot. Any nearby businesses will tow your car if you park there. The clerk at check in was rude, inattentive, and did not explain the additional $50 deposit, which was listed at the bottom of the Motel 6 website, but nowhere on the Booking.com app.

Clean and well appointed room With fridge and microwave. Noisy. Dog in another room whimpering all night. TV in adjacent room loud both nights. Managers said I should have called them . Not going to bother in middle of the night. No security. Office closed in morning. No coffee in lobby. as advertised. Homeless in parking lot.

The staff was incredibly rude. We were staying for work trip and first of all, the person at the front desk charged the wrong card, then gave me and my partner only one room key, then the room itself had only one of each towel. The door to the room was incredibly sticky and we had to force it open with our shoulders. The next day after a long work day, I went to the front desk to ask for another towel so we could both shower and both people at the front desk started yelling about it. The person who checked us in asked if we had 2 people in our room, who she saw when she checked us in. I said yes, that's why we need one more towel, then she storms off as the man tells me to "go follow her." I follow her as she complains about giving me another towel, then tells me my partner needs to smoke in the parking lot, not by the room. I'm not sure who she was talking about because my partner does not smoke. We travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of different places, while we don't have super high expectations when we choose cheaper options, I do expect to not be treated so poorly by the staff. Regardless of the location and price, we will never stay here again.

Gentlemen at the front desk was kind and helpful. The property was clean including the pet area. Bonus - There are poop bags for your dog. There has been a remodel and it’s beautiful. Our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. This is where we will be staying when we need to use the PDX airport. Best rates and clean wins our return business.

Central to the area we were conducting business. Comfortable. The best pillows I have ever seen in a motel. Beds were very firm, maybe too firm. The staff. Driving to the property, I get a phone call with motel 6 Staff yelling art me they want their money NOW, or they will cancel the room. She said they were too busy to wait, and she had tried to run my card and it was denied. (Not true, used it the next night at a different motel just fine) got to motel and the woman at the desk was harassing three young girls who were just trying to rent the room they reserved. If I had not been tired I would have changed motels. And them being so busy was a LIE. NOT EVEN HALF THEIR ROOMS WERE RENTED. Then they refused to give back cash deposit that they demanded, until after 10, hoping we would leave and they could keep it. Tub had a ring and mold on the caulking.
-
It was clean. The beds were really nice. Bathroom had a handicap tool for the tub. And was within my budget. The heater air conditioner was really loud. The guy upstairs sounded like he had clogs on and stomped all night long, but that was not the hotel‘s fault!

It was an easy check in, clean room, very basic.
-
Room was clean. No shower amenities. Fridge and microwave were great. Mostly quiet area.

I wanted an inexpensive stay. I opted for a no frills accommodation. The location was central. I had no complaints.
