Stayed here for a night. Beds was not secured at all. Too much homeless outside and it was a problem felt uneasy walking back in at night. Staffs were friendly and helpful

Great value and well kept venue. Hotel manager takes his job very seriously. Cute bar and restaurant. Comfortable rooms. It was an off day. There was a minor flood from broken pipe, loud all night from festival across the street, fire alarm went off during the night and more.. BUT: the place was great and the manager made things right. Will be staying again in the future to give a full review on a day without all the mis-adventures.

The room was clean and had all the amenities that you need staff was friendly and helpful it was close to transit and also close to the river to walk along .

I've stayed here at least 6 x. I return because the beds feel like clouds, it's clean, great locations (can get loud in the morning while cleaning is happening), the restaurant is delicious, and it's eco-friendly. However, the main reason is the staff. They are kind and sweet. My only complaint about it, is the morning cleaning. They are loud. You will hear slamming and clanking. Sometimes loud music from the cleaners, etc...but that's probably why it's so clean. Lol

The bartender was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Overall the stay was ok. There seemed to be a lot of noise throughout the night. I don’t believe it was due to property location more than room location (closest to the elevator lobby). The air conditioning needed to be having issues, the room was warm and stuffy throughout the entire stay.

Very good

I like the location. Close to the river walkway. Loud from cars(I know it’s the city) but definitely got woken up from it. WATER PRESSURE WAS BAD and took 20 min to get “hot”

Location and staff A little old
-
Went for the Pdx marathon and they were fantastic - best location, helpful staff, very supportive of the runners, etc. Also worked w/ us for both early check in and late check out. And we had breakfast at Bottle + Kitchen which was quite tasty. And for dinner they took no issue w/ us having a meal delivered and then eating at a table in Bottle + Kitchen. The water pressure in the shower. Not great to begin w/, but after the race it was so disappointing. Whatever cost is saved in pressure, is lost in duration of shower due to lack of pressure.

The bed was super plush and very cozy! 1.) The location. Which is funny because I chose it for the location, but didn’t realize there would be a concert in the park directly across the street from our side of the hotel! 2.) The room, although clean, was right next to a on ramp for a bridge! Plus, There was a party upstairs that went on until 1am! Super noisy!

The manager was beyond amazing and for that reason I would Stay here again. Unfortunately ( out of their control) we had people around us that were very noisey both nights. I would avoid staying near or under or in any of the conjoining rooms if you can. It seems to be a place for the parties. Overall a good stay. Parking right out front for 25$ a night, the water station was a nice touch at the front lobby. And the beds were comfy. Extra thanks to Kennedy who truly cared about our comfort and stay !
