Fantastic place, will stay again next time in town if available. Attentive and quick to respond staff.

The place is a very well done conversion from former industrial or cmmercial use--and it still has touches of its former life. It has been restructured to provide very nice private rooms with the old high on the wall windows. There are window shades that can be pulled down to block the rather bright outside lights. Large bathroom--bathrobes a nice touch. We stayed in the room with one wall covered by a wonderful landscape painting that adds a very nice touch. Price was very good. The pull chains for lowering and raising the window shades are hard to reach if you are under 5'8" and it would be nice to have them come down lower.

Cleanliness was good. Room feels like a factory. Concrete floor was off putting. Either rugs or wall hangings might help
-
Lovely design, very thoughtful details No staff onsite, no cleaning services offered during stay, soundproofing leaves something to be desired (could hear neighbors conversations clearly)

Good value of the money. Good location with direct bus to the Kennedy Plaza. Very Clean and comfortable room with coffee and water bottle facilities. It would be better if floor bath mat were provided.
-
great place - really nice owner - and rooms were really comfortable
-
Cool Location trendy but also little alone in old industrial area

I stayed in the Twill Suite and it was perfect. Simple amenities but clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having a designated parking spot and flexible check in.

The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there. My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.

I love the factory buildings converted to lofts you find in Providence. The Dye House is a beautiful space overall! Well curated and decorated. I love spending time here when my travels bring me to Providence.

The location is well kept. The neighbors are quiet. You’re close to places to hang out. There’s this Mexican spot really close by that makes amazing tacos. Excellent overall experience.

The Dye house was easy to park at, easy to get in, the room was great.

Room spaciousness, location, and the mural on the wall was gorgeous

cool little boutique guest house that was tucked away on an off street. Easy to get in and out of. Parking. Quiet. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. LOVED the shower products! the entire building smelled wonderful. I mean... I don't want to be nit-picky, but the only thing I wished for was a little more counter or shelf space in the bathroom for my toiletries and maybe a small closet or rack to hang up my dresses. Didn't try the coffee set up because it was a "new to me" experience and I was too lazy to watch an instruction video. Also: I watered the sad little pilea plant. Poor guy is struggling to survive

Great location with off street parking; artsy style but very comfortable and good quality furniture, linens, decor, wonderful windows Not as well kept as in prior stay and how the Heating/cooling system works is a mystery

Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.

The Dye House is a very cool and convenient option for staying in and exploring Providence! The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. I would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and comfort!

Propery is quiet, clean, great location close to Providence College. A little gem.

It was difficult to find the correct parking. I was afraid I was parking in the loading zone as there were no signs to point me in the right direction.

The Dye House is a beautiful concept space in a historic building. There are only 3 suite rooms, so it is private and very quiet at night. I enjoyed the linens and toiletries, however, the room was not as clean as one would hope. I did find long straight hairs that were not mine in the sheets, drying towels, and even one inside the mini fridge. The building is also used as an event space and they were setting up for a wedding, which meant that workers came at 7am on a Saturday morning when I was departing and were banging around and very loudly moving furniture, which gave me no privacy or opportunity to sleep in. I did like the neighborhood and my room overall and would stay again.
