Rooms were great and staff was friendly would stay again

Clean room quiet place to stay and tranquil as well

The room was clean and there was a good strong shower so not a bad deal for what you pay. The breakfast was simple, as one would expect. However, they kept running out of coffee in the morning! It shouldn't be the case that you have to go brew the coffee after it runs out and that you have to wait for 7 minutes for coffee. So the hotel should invest in a second canister or whatever you have to invest in so you can switch out the empty coffee dispenser with a new one without having to wait for the coffee to brew. The person who worked the front desk when we checked in and checked out might need to work on her people skills. We stopped in at about 1 PM hoping to check in and we knew it was early but the staff person really needs some lessons in how you talk to people to tell they can't check in then. This staff person really doesn't have the skills for a position in hospitality. It's not just efficiency you need for this position; you also need some "soft" skills.

It was really nice, secluded and quiet Nothing to complain about

The laundry guest services was shut down, the halls ways smelled in certain areas. The staff was kind but some were particular about amenities and did not enough staff to refill for towels and complimentary toiletries. The trolley was only one for the for the whole facility not available to upon arrival. The overall stay was nice but disappointing of things that were unavailable

Quiet place.All the staff, from housekeeping up to the people in the front desk are all peasant and welcoming. No coffee maker and microwave in the room.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was annoying was the sink in the bathroom seemed to drain very slowly, which was minor, but other then that it was a very good stay. Would book again.

All the front desk ladies are the sweetest they make you feel at home & are so accommodating. I will definitely stay again while in Redlands !!!

Very clean and very quite

Staff was nice The bedroom had trash in the trash can of tea bags ,the shower walls hadn’t been cleaned very well ,the toilet seat when I put it down had something on it which tells me wasn’t cleaned.i Don’t believe room was cleaned before my stay.However I did check the sheets and bed before I laid and it seemed to be fresh and clean. The rooms you literally can hear conversations and televisions through hallway because of the huge gaps at bottom of the doors to each room .the windows were very dirty and roomed smelled musty .i stayed at this place years before it was called the sprint and was a very nice room .but the new set up is cheap compared too the old version.even the carpet

Breakfast options were limited but enough to get you through the morning. Offering were hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, & they had other offerings to purchase.
