I love the amenities in the room including a desk and couch area. The size feels really comfortable. Having a microwave, fridge and coffee service is great for me. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was top notch. The bathroom is in an odd place. If there is more than one person, using the bathroom in the middle of the night is disruptive.

My family of six stayed here overnight to visit the Live Oak Canyon pumpkin patch, and this was a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, had several amenities, and the staff was super accommodating. We got an earlier check-in, and I appreciated that the room had a desk, which let me get some work done. They offered a free continental breakfast that we didn't get to enjoy, but I loved that check-out was at 12 pm because we had a late night at the pumpkin patch and got to sleep in. I would absolutely recommend this stay because it was affordable, clean, the staff was amazing, and we had a wonderful stay!

Bad

Hotel It is fairly new, the suite is bigger than the usual standard rooms. It could accommodate 6 people with 2 Queens & there is a large couch with pull out bed. I love the bathroom set up, super nice. There is also a walk in closet which is very rare! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! It’s now on my favorite list of hotels!!

Easy check in, clean room, awesome staff.

We were really pleased with the large room and ample parking. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was fine, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were huge and beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent and there was plentiful parking. My only complaint was the room AC was very loud, but ok with earplugs.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location with nearby shopping and restaurants and easy access to freeway. Breakfast provided had enough of a selection to choose from. Very courteous staff and helpful. Gym was small not enough equipment.

Couldn’t find our Expedia reservation due to new system. Couldn’t help us. Refused to match Expedia’s price. After agreeing to book two of their overpriced rooms, they book one then say oh sorry the other is unavailable….. doesn’t it make sense to check availability before booking the first one? Only souvenir we got from here was bed bugs.

Great place to stay! Central to shopping, restaurants and freeway. Great value.

Nice place & staff. Only two issues...we booked two nights and requested housekeeping services after our first night but they never showed up. Request was made directly with housekeeping personnel. Also, the opaque glass on the bathroom door looked really nice but it made the whole room bright as daylight at night if one of us turned on the light to use the bathroom at night. Horrible. Other than that it's a nice place!

Felt like home

Staff was amazing! We were here for a family wedding at Edwards Mansion. Super close to the venue too.

Newer, well designed facilities. Simple but effective and well thought out I didn’t notice anything that we dislike.
