Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Seattle

This is the nicest Hilton I've stayed at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked. Lots of USB plugins too. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant. It's excellent.

This hotel is ideally located in Downtown Redmond adjacent to many restaurants and stores and in easy quick walking distance from Redmond Town Center. The rooms are sizeable, clean and it is very quiet at night. They were impeccably clean. The gym was clean, sizeable, and has plenty of equipment for the traveler. Best part, is the customer service. Shawn and the staff at the front desk and around the hotel have a terrific attitude, are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perhaps the best hospitality staff I have encountered in quite a while. I'm looking forward to returning on my next business trip.

Great place

Clean and comfortable as you would expect. Excellent location, lovely views towards mountains and close to downtown and the train to Seattle. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet. We had a meal in the restaurant which was poor quality so would avoid. WiFi was poor and kept dropping out. We have been in Washington state for nearly 2 weeks and this was the worst hotel WiFi we have experienced.

Nice, clean, comfy bed, spacious room! Awesomely friendly staff! Good location to our event. Fair price for parking. We would like the free coffee service all day like most hotels we stay at.

It was very close to my granddaughter’s apartment

Our only issue was that their was a wedding the night we stayed and they had music and a microphone in use on the balcony just below our room. It stopped at 10 pm and used the TV to drown out the noise. Wish I had been notified ahead of time so I could decide whether or not to stay. Location is convenient to mass transit and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Thought it was great. The patio up stairs is beautiful but it would be nice if we can drink up there. Great location.

The location. That’s it. Highly NOT recommended. We waited 45 minutes in line to get checked in. Only one person working the counter and it was crazy busy. I got stuck in the elevator twice and the emergency call button didn’t work at all… My Son found me thankfully. The thermostat in our room was stuck at 75…they brought us a box fan. Especially with the price of these rooms…you’d expect at the very least a working elevator. I’d have rather stayed at a motel 6 that’s how bad this was.
