Little bit older property. Too crowded at breakfast, but we felt safe and kids loved the pool and the table tennis

Great place for a nice rest. The beds were soft and the room was very quiet. The curtains block all the exterior light. The room distribution was perfect for us.

Really more like 2 1/2 stars. The place was clean and in good condition, and staff were friendly and professional. The mattress was one of the least comfortable I have ever slept on, including camping mattresses.

Breakfast was only good on weekends.

Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. Our in-room coffee maker did not work and maintenance never made it up to swap it out or fix it, meaning we had to go to the lobby for coffee. Unfortunately, after hours, they rely on a single serve coffee maker (Keurig style) that was most often out of water and only the desk attendant could refill the holding tank. Somewhat of a pain. We are planning a 30+ day stay later in the year and this facility may be in the running for our business but I have a few more to check out before returning for such a long stay.
