The amenities were amazing…both pools were crystal clean and so relaxing! And the beach only steps away was beautiful-total resort style!! The staff was incredible-super friendly and attentive!! I will definitely be going back!

Amazing resort amenities, it was a stunning property. We will be returning next year. It has plenty to do for children, such as great family spot.

I will be going back any chance I get. The smile we had was non stop. Only problem i had was not staying longer. Next time I will book my room longer.

Excellent place!

I was disappointed that I had to be calling house keeping numerous time due to not having cleaning products and , paper towel / toilet paper available. When asked items took over 6 hours to arrive. And was reminded that Marriott did not provide service. It was a different management company.

Good family hotels and comfortable

Room extra cleaned, the staff is awesome, beautiful beach view and the bars are fully stocked—you have to try the Miami Vice they make. I was very happy with the entire service and will be back soon.

The Beach. I am writing to formally escalate a very disappointing experience my husband,and I had during our stay at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a resort, and unfortunately, our room was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, we discovered the following: - A dirty toilet - A dirty shower - Hair and debris in the bathroom sink - Dirty tables and surfaces - Bed sheets that appeared to have blood stains This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. We paid to stay at a resort, expecting a clean, sanitary, and properly prepared room. Instead, I was forced to clean the room myself. The following morning, a housekeeper came to address the issue. However, she brought only towels, not cleaning supplies. When I inquired how she planned to clean the room without any cleaning products, she contacted her supervisor, whom I believe was named Harvo. Unfortunately, the housekeeper did not speak English, and I was told that she would return with cleaning supplies. By that point, I had already purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, so having someone come back afterward did not resolve the issue. What was even more disappointing was the response from the staff when I raised my concerns. I was told the situation is related to us booking through Booking.com. I find this response unacceptable. Regardless of whether a reservation is made directly with Marriott or through a third-party booking service, all guests should receive a clean and sanitary room. We should never have been placed in a situation where we had to clean our own hotel room while on vacation. This experience has significantly impacted what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. We paid for a certain level of service and accommodations, and the condition of the room fell far below reasonable expectations.

Very good and near to the beach

The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the resort, the location, and the easy access to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere. The receptionist could have been more welcoming and communicative. She spoke very quietly, which made communication a little difficult, and the check-in experience could have felt more personable

WE had a very lovely stay. Loved both pools and were very happy with the room.

Property was nice and clean, Hotel staff was great, however i was not aware that the room i booked thru Expedia was privately own and they have their own service which was terrible, no towels, no internet, no room service no tv, etc. Hotel manager was very apologetic but couldn’t help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING unless it specifies that the rooms are privately own and the hotel will not provide any service, it is provided privately by the owner. Terrible experience. 😡😡😡

Amazing stay we live the place thank you for hosting

-Worn and deteriorated faucets throughout the unit. -Missing bed sheets from the bedding for many days until we pointed them out to the cleaning crew. -Washer/dryer that was unusable for 4 days because the control buttons were missing. No clothes hunger in the closets. I had to purchase hangers at the target so our family could unpack our clothing -Dirty, heavily stained carpet that requires professional cleaning or replacement. - Interior doors that were loose and nearly falling off before your engineering staff repaired them while we were inside the apartment creating a non-safety environment in the rental apartment. - A Bathroom mirror hanging insecurely by a single screw, presenting s safety hazard. - Old, rusted toilet brushes that reflect poorly on the Mariotte brand. -Dining chairs that are excessively worn, it looks like you are sitting in a whole, and unstable making them uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. Water leaks onto the kitchen floor daily, apparently from either the sink or the dishwasher. I recommend checking the ceiling of the unit below for possible water damage. - Overall deterioration of the unit that clearly indicates significant maintenance and refurbishment are needed before it should be rented to future guests

everything was very good, especially the location with the snorkeling right off the beach, the pools and facilities at the hotel were excellent Mandatory valet parking was not known ahead of time. $44 per day. This fee should have been included in the overall cost prior to booking. This was a surprise. The valet staff was excellent, and it was very easy to pick up and drop off the car.

The suite was excellent, huge and very clean. The staff was top notch. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. The bar tenders were the best. Thanks Remy! The coral reef in front of the hotel had lots of fish to see. If I had to complain about something, it would be all the seaweed on the beach. It was sea turtle egg laying season. So they could not clean off the beach. Overall the stay was great. Definitely recommend.
