The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

I visit FL at least once a year to visit family and enjoy the beach and I've been staying at this hotel for years. This year, the service was excellent and the staff was incredible. First, I booked through a 3rd party and inadvertently picked an accessible room when I wanted a standard room. Oliviera (sp???) was amazing at helping cancel that and rebooking us into a better room. She waved at us and was super friendly the remainder of our trip. Another highlight was our morning visits to the coffee bar in their Market Place shop where Zyriah made us great coffees and was wonderful at explaining the options and making some adjustments with our fussy orders. The other front desk staff was also helpful to us during our stay (Treasure especially). Thank you! My only critique is that I found the restaurant menu a bit limited compared to the past and a bit uninspiring.

Hilton curio properties are a nice and clean product. But this hotel, felt a tier higher and more. It’s location is 👍, the rooms are immaculate and clean. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in the Palm beach area.

From the moment we arrived, we noticed the hotel's delightful signature scent, which created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bright, uplifting colour scheme added to the overall pleasant and relaxing ambiance. Our room was very comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and plush pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The in-room coffee was surprisingly good quality, and the elevators were fast and efficient. The hotel truly has everything you need for a beach getaway. Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, and direct beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided as part of your stay, which was a wonderful convenience. The hotel also supplies shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and filtered drinking water. Another great feature is the on-site convenience store, where you can purchase snacks, drinks, coffee, and souvenirs without having to leave the property. We stayed on the 8th floor, where there was an ice machine conveniently located nearby. I was able to fill my cooler bag with ice each day and bring it to the beach so we could enjoy cold drinks throughout the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and excellent beachside convenience. It offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They could improve the menu options and cleaning the beach (seaweed).

Overpriced food, breakfast was almost the cost of half your room for the night sixty dollars per personand not like the Hilton Orlando which is Around thirty five dollars per person where they serve you Brazen short rib and carved meat on their breakfast buffet daily. Our room was dirty with stuff on their floor and a few things. In the bed. Other than that, the room looked nice. Just wasn't clean properly. They need a new cleaning staff. The Lobby had a smelly fish smell all over the place as well as bad B.O around the bathrooms and the fitness center. With a little work taking it back on track

No me gustó para nada, primero sacó una habitación con vista al océano y me la dan a un costado de la piscina, el personal 0 atentó la verdad no recomiendo para nada este lugar!

This Curio hotel is well-appointed with a great restaurant. Caretta Caretta had a varied and tasty menu, the room service was efficient with generous portions. Beach service is always appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The bar was the most fun for both drinks and a delicious steak dinner.

The staff was great pleasant and helpful especially the young lady working the counter yesterday afternoon. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to pay for parking at a hotel I’m staying in.
