There seems to a plumbing issue going on with the property. Granted that it's 3 stories but the drainage does not seem to work very well when the shower is running and toilet is very slow flushing. The water pipes rattled a bit as well when turned on. AC unit was ok, not great. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very quiet.

The front desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The pool area was clean and well maintained. My only negative comment is that the rooms are fairly dated, but clean and well stocked.

The coffee provided in the room is terrible and the creamer also is bad. i went to the restaurant and paid 4.00 for an equally bad cup of coffee. Most hotels we have stayed at provide free coffee in the lobby. Considering what the rates are per night, that would be a nice perk.

This hotel was clean inside and out. The night staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was spacious, with a large (and very comfy) bed, sofa, and desk space. While the room didn’t have a microwave in suite, there was an accessible one in their ice/vending machine area. Checkout was made easy with room key drop boxes at all exits. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely come again!

Hotel employee was so charismatic at check-in. The location felt very serene and safe. I don’t appreciate having to pay for parking when I am a guest of the hotel. Also, the mattress was too firm for my liking. It’s also an older building so elevator to the second floor was not convenient.
