The wallpaper in 218 next to the toilet is very stained which gave a dirty feeling to the bathroom. Outside of that, it was a nice room and convenient location to my company's office.

It was perfect but they should mention that the breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay for it through the bistro.

Paid to have a balcony that we could not use. The stone tiles move so much. Was just not safe. Other than that the place we very nice. Rooms were clean.

Really nice hotel with lots of amenities, places to eat, bar, lobby seating, TVs, but I was so tired I didn't get to enjoy any of them. Went right to the room where the light was on for me, room was clean, comfortable bed, and best yet, no unexpected fees or charges!

Staff blamed new system for billing me after already paying for room through Expedia. Next morning when trying to resolve issue, staff was unpleasant with an attitude

It was easy to get to. Right next to the highway. And parking was convenient. The room was not as advertised. And the bed was not king size. Barely even queen. Somewhere between full size and queen size. It was right next to the HVAC units and right next to the pool equipment. So it was incredibly loud. With loud vibrations every 2 minutes. Horrible room. I didn't even stay for the 2nd night. I left. That's how horrible it was.

Breakfast was good but pricey.

Location and the staff. The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were too soft.

Wish they had continental breakfast and no luggage cart was available at arrival but other than that great experience everyone very kind thank you

The staff was very friendly and courteous, from the front desk, to the bistro, and housekeeping. We enjoyed the food at the bistro for dinner and are glad we included breakfast. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Clean room friendly staff

Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub option for adult(s). No tea in room, if you ask for tea outside café hours, staff complains about accommodations. I drove to 2 gas stations to find sleepy time tea that I was more than willing to purchase outside of café hours. Experienced very dry and passive aggressive comments with accommodations services from front desk. We learned by day 3 the only friendly staff member seems to be Alyssa the café attendant. Would not come back to this location because of general unfriendly and overall negative experience. Breakfast comes at an extra cost but it was worth the friendly interaction every time with Alyssa.

No place to put suitcases. Bathroom vanity nonexistent. Paid for uncovered unprotected parking. Staff not friendly.
