Generally nice room and good peicw Cheap trim on doors that was falling off. Not hot enough shower.

I enjoyed my stay

Location The room I ordered i didn't get...in essence I didn't get what I paid for! The pullout sofa mattress was a hard rock and should never be suggested as an option. And when I asked for a mattress topper to help with comfortability I was given a sheet cover and a flat, thin cover. And to add to the day....I ordered two room to be side by side....and that didn't happen. I was disappointed and didn't hv options at that point. Horrible stay. No accountability from the Hotel or booking source.

Good staff, breakfast was decent, nothing too special, however, on my side of the building they were renovating/painting so they covered up the window with plastic so you couldn't see anything outside,and during the day you hear constant beeping from the lift/crane. Wasn't that annoying, but still, not that great to deal with.

I liked the size of the room. I appreciated the pans to use. Some plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, toaster & two burner cook top. It has a vent over the 2 burners! And a light! It has a microwave, didn't use it nor the coffee maker. They did have some coffee samples, 2 dishwasher tablets, (Didn't use either), Soap for dishes and a scruby. The shower has Shampoo, Conditioner & Body soap. (Dove) The bath room sink has Dove hand soap and lotion. However they need to be switched so the soap is closest to the sink. Not the lotion. All bottles locked in! (This world SMH) The windows having buttons to open and close them was nice. The a/c worked great as well. The bed was nice. Wasn't a brick like ones I have stayed at in the past. However the couch is a brick! lol It was pretty clean! (Other than the fridge, smelly) I went to pool area and cookout area, didn't use any of it. Had to put my arm in though! The pool water felt okay enough to possibly swim. (Its September) But will close soon for winter. The workout room is decent. Has basics. Laundry room is FREE! WHAT?! Just need your own detergents/softeners/dryer sheets! Thats cool! I didn't use, but would have had I known before getting there it was free. Id had brought some laundry soaps. The lady at front dresk was very sweet! We had a good laugh when I left! I got spooked by the house keeper! Didn't leave the room for 4 days due to that. But should have called up there to help myself feel better! Hindsight! I should have spoken up sooner. I havent stayed in a hotel in YEARS. However, Soon as I got in as was putting up my grocies I purchased for my stay, the fridge was RANK! Stunk SO bad! Had a hard time opening it up without gagging. No pans, only pots. The cooking spoon is melted. The shower was really big for a wheelchair user, however there wasnt a curtain or door to close. I pushed the shower head to face the back corner, but water still ended up all over the floor. I slid TWICE! Luckily I saved myself both times. There wasnt any extra towel or rug to put down. And its kinda cold due to no door or curtain! The water doesn't get hot enough to keep you entirely warm. I had it ALL the way up! I also had no idea they were doing renovations. Things look messed up due to that. And a bit noisy at times. There is also a huge BOOM! That goes off ALL day long! (I got a video of it) Its coming from the hotel next door! 4 pipes coming out the wall facing your room! Pressure relief valves Ai said! It seems to stop around 9:30 pm. But then youll hear what sounds like a HUGE vaccuum cleaning for about 30 mins to a hour. 9pm to 10pm seemed to be the hour. I did hear it once during the morning. The boom is really loud! If you go outside when it goes off its of course even WORSE! Literally made me jump out of my skin! It took 3 days to get used to it going off. Also I wasn't aware that they would send someone to clean and I wasn't even there 24 hours yet. Wish they call first or ask upon check in if thats something you want while there. Scared the crap outta me! Also had no idea how to work the satelite channels? No info. Barley used the TV. Couldn't get the guide to come up, the button that says "guide" did nothing. There are switches that goes to who knows what! I couldnt turn the bar lights off and they were messing with my computer screen at the desk. It was up there in a few of the worst places Ive stayed.

The location made it easy to get around The hotel was under construction and we had no idea. The lobby was completely torn up, loud noise during the day and smell of paint. The included breakfast was much different than advertised. Our room wasn’t ready at check in.

They double charged us. My son is traveling across the country. I payed for his hotel on expedia under his name, but used my credit card, they refused the room to him until he gave them his credit card!

Room was quiet. They were renovating the breakfast area so moved the "buffet" to a small conference room down the hall. The only hot items were biscuits and sausage gravy. Hopefully this will be very temporary.

When we booked, we did not know this place was under construction. Our "fully equipped kitchen" in our room did not have a coffee pot (but had coffee for one). We asked the front desk if it would be possible to get one for our room and they said no. The beds weren't the worst but the pillows were terrible. Breakfast was served in the conference room since the breakfast area was under construction. The coffee wasn't hot and the offerings were very limited. No toaster available for the bread/bagels that were out. Went to refill our water bottles at the bottle filler (part of the drinking fountain) before checking out and it wasn't working. It just felt like the basic amenities you would expect at any hotel weren't available here. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't have booked in the first place if I knew it was under construction.

Great room! Two of the three employees we encountered seemed inconvenienced by guests.

We were not informed that there would be extensive construction going on during our stay. Upon arrival, the staff member was almost asleep at the desk. The printer was disconnected due to the construction. It was dusty and not clean. Our room was okay. The queen beds were comfy and good to sleep in. The pull out was WAY too small for our 2 kids to sleep in so 1 had to sleep on the floor. There were no sheets for the pull out and the mattress was dirty. There were flies and cobwebs in the room as well. There were packages of coffee grounds but no coffee pot to make coffee. The faucet was little more than a drip to wash hands or brush teeth and the water in the shower wasn’t much better. The breakfast was in the meeting room. Knowing that, I thought it would be packaged items, however, there were sausages and biscuit with gravy, fresh fruit (some red grapes were sour but the green grapes and blueberries were excellent along with the yogurt parfait). The older woman working was working really hard. She said she’d toast my bagel and then she forgot about it. She profusely apologized when she realized the error and made me another one right away…apologizing again when she gave it to me. When we were checking out, the front desk staff member asked how our stay was and I said ”well it was ok”. She asked what I meant and I shared most of this with her. She apologized for the state of the hotel and said she would look into the room we were in and why there was so much wrong with it.

This is a great place to stay with family as they have great suites. The breakfast is very good

I liked that the hotel was clean, had great breakfast and the night staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the mattress on the pull out sofa. It may be time to replace them as my mom could feel the springs poking in her back and it made her very uncomfortable.

Very clean and modern,high end for the pr The only thing that brought the score down was the attitude of the evening desk clerk.Our TV didn't work and she was very unheloful.Just told us she couldn't do anything.Even if true,she should have explained why.Ifcthere were vacancies she should have offered to move us.This would not deter from staying again as everything else was spot on.

Had to ask for our room to be serviced every day of the 8 nights we were there after being told by the front desk that housekeeping comes every day.Breakfast was pretty pathetic and we ate at local restaurants half the days. No occasional cocktail reception as stated. The only nice thing that wad appreciated was the free self laundry.

Clean and a great place. Very spacious room!

The manager was horrible !!
