Room was comfortable I remember when they had a breakfast buffet. We really missed it as the food from restaurant for breakfast was overpriced for the quality

Horrible location, loud city street, could hear everything from 4th floor. Room was dirty, carpet felt dirty it was a very over priced one night stay I will not be coming back to this property.

Check in with only one person at high traffic time is completely inefficient with a long wait time. This seems to the case every time I visit.

Bed was super comfy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, room and premises were extremely clean. I only took a star off for the pool getting very little direct sun (in October anyway) but the pool itself was cool and clean.

Staff was very helpful , they have a wide variety of activities to do at the hotel and nearby. Guest safety is excellent! If you're new to the area or just staying for a few days, I highly recommend staying here.

We had Sunday Lunch, the food was very tasty, and good presentation. Service was sparse. My Son ordered 2 different drinks: one on the specialty menu that was not available; the other we ordered was not on the menu, but it was served.

the hotel is very nice and updated with the remodel made. however the only issue we had was at the coffee/ restaurant they have there. They had one person working doing the register and making the coffee area and there was a lot of people just waiting . Also the restaurant same thing just one server working and taking orders and trying to accomodate people . they need more workers. they were not very attentive.

Everyone is very accommodating. Always smiling and very friendly. Helpful and caring. Coming from hawaii farm it is very noisy in the city.
