The rooms were clean and when we had an issue the staff was very helpful.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect, but sadly we booked a room for 5 people, and got a room just with two beds. After waiting for a while we were offered a rolling bed. That solved the problem but it was very disappointing. Also we waited on this line at the front desk to find a solution and when it was our turn the receptionist moved us to the back of the line again because the people checking in had priority over us since we “already had a room”.

The room was very nice, larger than expected. We loved the proximity to the beach, and the ability to borrow beach chairs. Everyone was kind and accommodating.

I liked the bed and the tv. There was No wifi in the room or in the lobby. Staff was not able to help to setup or connect to either. The coffee machine was broken my whole stay and was unable to have coffee in the mornings.

The staff was welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several good restaurants. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Having a Starbucks on-site was a notable convenience. I look forward to staying here again.

Hotel employee who checked us in was very pleasant and professional. She really served to start our stay off on the right foot!!! Thanks !!! A small detail, but I would suggest posting some signage on where to locate the ice machines.

Short staff at check-out time...Single staff member was overwhelmed...Long lines formed...Difficult to ask questions or to clarify charges...

The front desk staff was great. Unfortunately, our floor was being painted and remodeled. Painting crew was there in the 7am hours making a ton of noise in the hallways and rooms. They even tore up an area where the elevator was and paint and spackle was everywhere and not vacuumed. The hallways smelled of paint fumes. Our vents in the room were super dirty. I called for housekeeping the day after we got there and was told they couldn’t cause it was every other day. But I wanted it cleaned for our sons allergies. The tile in the bathroom was loose. They never fixed it. A 5 day stay and they only came once to clean our room. Wish they would be more attentive and handle the requests.
